Pros:

A very comfortable stay in HCMC, I ended up coming back here 3 times over my time in Vietnam. The rooms are clean with a thoughtful layout. The laundry room is great, and there is refill water.

Cons:

A very pleasant surprise!
Pros:

The rooms are super cozy, spacious and wel equipped. From a stove, to a fridge, to the common laundry area, this accomodation is definite value for money. They clean daily, and the amenities provided are top notch.

Cons:

We chose a district 3 M Village. So this was not the most convenient location. But there was a grocery store nearby and all the necessities. Need to take a grab to district 1.

Pros:

Looked like the photos. Had good facilities if you are there for a longer time. Very good location for our purpose as we were only there one night and wanted close to airport. Good local eating spots close by
