Wifi a bit slow for remote working , I should go on holidays next time , no work !

The internet was very patchy and kept disconnecting, and the rooms were not very soundproof, we could hear the neighbouring dogs barking all night long most nights.

A lot of noise from the workers that were fixing something in the building. We spent 5 days in there and the staff didn't have toilet paper I had to ask more then one time. They are slow to resolve problems. Tv don't work, and also the fire from the kitchen. Shower don't have enought water coming out

The kitchen was good, but no kettle. Had to use a pot on the stove. The shower had a mind of it's own!!! Tricky to get right temperature. The toilet flush not the best ☹️

Also needs small lamps over or beside the bed. Only has bright ceiling lights.

We were here for 11 nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all.
We changed our own towels from a linen store and swept the floor with a broom I found.

The room was fine, but very small and walls very thin so could hear next door coughing all night etc. Some strange breeze block wall between my bathroom and next door. Very worn out room and towels all had pretty grim stains, overall just needs a few updates! Got moved to different room, apparently an upgrade - a single bed?? I don’t see an upgrade!

The information provided at the time of booking was no where near what we encountered. We understood that there would be someone at the location until 11:00 pm, this was not thecase, Fortunately one of the hotel guests phoned the manager. The manager greeted me with "you did not pay" although we provided our credit card to Booking. com and we were under the impression we would be charged the day before our arrival date. The manager provided us with information on where the key was located and was told she would be there at 8:00 am to collect our payment. After traveling all day with a 3 hour time change the room greeted us with clean sheets but no blanket, clean but very worn towels that once were white but now grey. We were provided with one hand towel. The kitchen had one small cup for coffee or tea, but wait there was no coffee pot to make coffee or kettle for tea. The cutting board was filthy but then there wasn't a knife to cut anything. The utensils consisted of a set of two spoons, knives and forks, and very small serving utensils. The cooking pans were good but the pots I would not use. We were given a large pot for boiling water, unfortunately the lid was broken when I did not set it properly on the small shelf. We were informed immediately that we would have to buy a new pot. we did buy a new cover along with a cutting knife and boards. We were given a glass for our coffee/tea and a coffee pot. We were told that they did not have any other cups or supplies for the kitchen. The first week we were there we had to ask the cleaning staff for towels, garbage bags etc. as there was no cleaning service although it was to be daily . After the manager directed the staff to clean dailly the service was much better. As for the room itself although clean it was shabby with curtains that did not hang properly, furniture that needed painting. But at the end of the day it grew on us and we looked at it as a home away from home.

In booking it says payment at the site but what you really have to do is pay through paypal or bank transfer. This is sent to you on a picture that you cannot press on. There is no reception that would really help. The communication was difficult and because of it we got an upgrade. Which was also needed as there were blood stains on one of the beds. The water went on and off, but if it was there there was hot water. The place is really loud and we could hear the party all night but that s because you are close to everything. The wifi is absolute crap.
