The staff were extremely nice and accommodating to my requests for balloon decors for my wife’s bday prior to our arrival. good

Good staff, great location, horrible facilities

Apart from the location and staff everything else. The washrooms were very dirty. In my room there was a plumbing issue and I told them the first night and it was not resolved.

Absolutamente nada.

Cons:

No tienen seriedad ninguna. Reservé con meses de antelación y al llegar al hotel me dicen que estaba completo, que no había sitio para mi. Además Booking no me dio ninguna solución al problema. Por suerte no me cobraron y pude encontrar algo mejor, pero es una experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie.
