An exceptional stay with spotless rooms, attentive staff and thoughtful daily touches.
Pros:

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my visit.

The room was serviced daily, with the bed made and supplies such as water and biscuits topped up each day – something I haven’t experienced elsewhere before.

The property was perfect for my stay and I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be having a key drop box for guests checking out early, as there wasn’t anywhere obvious to leave the key (not unless I wasn’t looking properly!) Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros:

Location and view. The staff is very friendly. The reception area and restaurant are currently under renovation in the winter of 2026. The room was well designed and also appeared recently redecorated to a high standard.

Cons:

The entrance is up a quite few steps which could pose a challenge for those less able.

Would recommend
Pros:

Travelled with a colleague friend for a work Christmas party. Managed to park 2 cars for free.
Purchased drinks at the bar before leaving for the party, friendly staff. Clean and tidy place. Lovely views. Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Kind personnel, we arrived 45 min earlier than check-in time, which is at 4 p.m., and were able to go in earlier, nice location with nice views. Nice size room, clean beds, countertops clean, water kettle clean, high ceiling, great location on a hill.

Cons:

Mold on the shower walls, door lock needs repairing, windows need cleaning, pillows too hard, for a no smoking room with a big sign on the door that says 'no smoking it unfortunately smelled like smoke, air fresheners used to mitigate the smell made it worse. The pictures make it look newer and cleaner so they do not represent what you get which makes the price/quality criteria not in sync. With a bit of care this can be resolved. We were in a side building as we had chosen 'garden view'.

Had a lovely stay, the staff were kind, the room and the view were lovely, just a shame about the leak
Pros:

The sea view was beautiful and the smart tv was a really nice touch, the bathroom was modern and clean and the bed was comfy

Cons:

We had a leak in our room, slightly ruined our experience

Decent but could do with a decorative update.
Pros:

It was in a good location and had a view of the sea. Staff was very nice. They provided tea in the room.

Cons:

Could’ve been such a cool place but needs a new decorator. The walls are painted a black or extremely dark green and the paint job isn’t professional. If they’d just gone with various shades of beachy whites. Sounds picky but I kept looking around and thinking how cute it could’ve been.

Disaster - Only had 2 hours sleep and left the next morning as couldn't go through another night
Cons:

The noise levels were terrible from other members.
The bed was dirty and the cover didn't cover the bed so when turning it came off one side
There was a fault on electric board so dangerous
