Kamar tetap aja ada yg kotor, lampu banyak yg mati sehingga gelap atau kurang terang

The problem was that a lot of things were badly maintained, or confusing and that the staff spoke very little English. So was it very warm until the staff pointed us that the AC was to be turned on with the TV remote. The beds were also not the most comfortable. If you are expecting a luxury room, this hotel disappoints. But for this price, it’s alright.

Fuite au niveau de la baignoire, trou dans le mur, bouilloire pas propre.
On entend bcp le bruit du couloir, on toque aux portes la nuit même si ma porte était fermée, ce n’est pas très rassurant.

In the first room, the air conditioner was leaking so we had to move everything to another room in the middle of the night. In the second room that we were in, the air conditioner wasn't cooling as much as the first room. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. The jacuzzi button was out of order in the tub.

I trusted booking.com’s 8/10 rating and decided to book this place for two nights in Busan. Check in for this place is not until 7 PM which I didn’t mind since I only go back to the hotel to sleep during vacation. Upon arrival there was no one at the counter so I called out and I heard a toilet flush, but no water run, so the person did not wash their hands before handing over the keycard and my luggage. 😭😭 When I got to the floor with my room, I noticed that it was very dim lighting and all the doors on the floor, including the door to my room, were propped open with a water bottle. This seemed very sketchy and entering the room was very scary as a solo traveler. This hotel wasn’t like the ones where you need to scan a key card to be able to use the elevator and go up to the rooms so anyone could have gone into the hotel and entered your room so it did not feel very safe. The room itself was spacious and would do the trick if you did not have really high standards for where you stay. The light in the entrance of the room did not work and two of the lights were hanging from the ceiling with their wires exposed. The shower was also quite rusty and the floors and counters just seemed grimy. The place was not dirty necessarily but everything definitely felt worn down and just not that clean in general as someone who is a bit ocd about cleanliness. I stayed in the room for about two hours before I couldn’t take it anymore and just checked out. It sucked that the payment was nonrefundable so I lost that money but the owner really tried to help me feel more comfortable and even offered to change my room. I just felt bad vibes in general and not safe as a solo female so I just requested to check out early nonetheless. I think that if you don’t mind much about where you sleep you probably would be able to stay in this hotel just fine but I just did not feel comfortable staying there for the night.

Room was not good, toilet was flooded and bed very hard and not cnfortable.
