Pros:

Location was good. And people who worked there was helpful.

Cons:

Overall it was little dirty (couch and cushions were dirty. And shower was rusty. Amenities were also old.

Perfect little studio, not the spot for tourism though
Pros:

This place is perfectly clean and would be nice for a longterm stay. The neighbourhood seems like lots of expats, it's kind of pricey and not much to do. If I were just trying to see hanoi I wouldn't pick this spot, but the apartment is excellently clean and enjoyable.

Pros:

Два санузла, стиральная машина. Персонал прислал инструкцию как добраться до отеля, связывались посреди ночи.

Cons:

На кухне мало чашек, ложек и другой посуды. Такое впечатление, что ранее все разворовали или переломали. Испытывали из-за этого неудобства. Стиральная машина вела себя не по алгоритму: стирка зависала и останавливалась, хотя там точно не было перевеса.

Un havre de paix
Pros:

La taille de l'appartement, le personnel qui se demandait pour trouver des solutions . L'endroit au calme retiré du centre et facile d'accès par les Grabs . Idéal pour une fin de séjour qui était mon cas.

Cons:

Les équipements vétustes. Besoin de changer le mobilier qui n'est plus à sa première jeunesse . Les draps propres mais usés. Nous étions deux, parfait. Pour 4, j'imagine ça serait plus compliqué ...nombre de places assises, couverts etc.

Nice introduction to Hanoi.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location looks intimidating at night but is very authentically Vietnamese and comes alive in the morning with lots of hustle and bustle, the back streets are great for exploring and no tourists in sight. There are some nice restaurants (there’s a great pizza place round the corner for a no fuss meal) and roof top bars overlooking the lake, with a couple of good coffee shops lakeside. Grab makes it easy to get into the old town.

Cons:

The room isn’t as it looks in the photos, a bit less spacious and tied but it isn’t expensive and comfortable enough.

A nice place to stay as long as you need in Hanoi
Pros:

Отличная локация, в пешей доступности есть и местная еда, и огромный выбор топовых ресторанов и кофеен Ханоя. В отеле чисто, персонал максимально поддерживающий.

Cons:

Жили в двух номерах, в обоих с смесителями в душе были некоторые проблемы, но жаловаться не ходили. Уверена, это было бы сразу исправлено.

Pros:

It was good because it had two bedrooms and it was very costly. But you should know that it’s not a luxury place and it’s not super clean. If you’re looking for a budget stay and you don’t care about the common is that much this is a great place to stay. The staff was very nice.

الفندق نظيف والخدمه في الاستقبال ممتازه ، الموقع غير مناسب للإقامات القصيره ، داخل حي شعبي جداً وأزقه ضيقه ، التنقلات ليست جيده هنا ، اعتقد انه سيناسب الإقامات الطويله جداً فقط
