Ideal für geringes Budget.
Pros:

Für den Preis und für eine Reise mit Freunden in Ordnung. Kein Luxus oder Romantik mit dem Partner. Die Lage ist okay, aber nicht besonders gut. Man kommt mit einem Taxi innerhalb von 20 bis 30 min an die Meisten Ecken in Hanoi, aber fußläufig ist nicht wirklich viel. Die Ecke vom See an die man zu Fuß kommt ist auch nicht sehr ansehnlich. Die Zimmer sind mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, auch wenn man Wäsche waschen möchte, kann man dies leicht über Nacht machen und auch in der Maschine trocknen. Kühlschrank, Herd, alles vorhanden und mit dem WLan lief auch alles einwandfrei. Check-In und Check-Out liefen reibungslos.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurde uns angeboten, die Buchung über Booking kostenlos zu stornieren, um gegen einen geringeren Preis in der Unterkunft bleiben zu können. Da wir davon nicht viel haben lehnten wir dies ab, vor allem, weil wir ja jegliche Sicherheit aufgeben würden, um wenige 100k Dong zu sparen. Das fand ich sehr suspekt, ist aber leider nicht unüblich in Vietnam. Daher wollen viele Anbieter, das man Bar in der Unterkunft zahlt. Besonders wohl habe ich mich damit nicht gefühlt. Leider konnten wir keine zweite Zimmerkarte erhalten, obwohl man bei Verlust gegen eine Gebühr ja zwangsläufig eine neue erhalten muss. Das kam mir ein wenig komisch vor. Die Zimmer waren etwas muffig, was denke ich hauptsächlich an den Gardinen gelegen hat.

Location was good. And people who worked there was helpful.

Cons:

Overall it was little dirty (couch and cushions were dirty. And shower was rusty. Amenities were also old.
