Bonito lugar, con algunos detalles :(
Pros:

Me gustó que el lugar está en una muy buena ubicación, céntrica y con diversas opciones de entretenimiento alrededor. El personal es muy amable en todo momento, te reciben y apoyan de la mejor manera. La habitación se ve tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, es amplia y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

El lugar es tan bonito pero desafortunadamente me tocó que el sanitario olía muy mal, además había una cucaracha muerta en el sanitario. La alberca no estaba en las mejores condiciones, no estaba como se ve en las fotografías. Tal vez la experiencia podría ser muy satisfactoria si hubiera mas limpieza a higiene, tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes para huéspedes.

De ligging van het hotel middenin de binnenstad van Mérida. Verder is dit hotel één van de goedkopere hotels in de omgeving.

Cons:

De betaling van de kamer verliep niet soepel. Ik kreeg een Whatsapp bericht met dat ik een aanbetaling zou moeten doen terwijl dit nergens staat aangegeven op booking.com. Nadat ik heb aangegeven geen aanbetaling te willen doen, heb ik op de locatie kunnen betalen. Toch zorgde dit wel voor wat twijfels.

Wij hadden een kamer zonder goede ventilatie en geen buitenraam. Als de airco uit stond werd het snel heel warm en benauwd. Met de airco aan ging het wel.

La ubicacion es centrica, pero el estacionamiento esta a 2 cuadras del hotel

Cons:

El trato del personal al momento de salir, me pidieron los controles y al entrar no me dijeron que los teniq eu devolver a la recepcion, por lo que al momento de salir el personal me hizo regresar a la habitacion a buscar los controles y fui a buscarlos, los entregue y ni siquiera me contestaron, el hotel es comodo pero el trato del personal no me gusto.
Solo la gerente o no se que sea al momento de entrar si se porto amable

la ubicación. En la habitación no había cajafuerte a pesar que en Booking había escrito que había. El personal fue amable ya que nos trajeron una cajafuerte

Cons:

Chambre d'hôtel réservée depuis 6 mois.
Sans cesse des relances mails et whatsapp pour confirmation de la réservation et pour l'heure d'arrivée entre 15 et 18h impératif!!
Arrivés à 16h pour constater que nous n'avions pas notre chambre lit king size réservée avec frigo cafetiere mais une chambre lits jumeaux sans équipements. Après insistance de notre part la gérante nous a offert le petit déjeuner !! Ce qui n'enlève rien à notre déception.
Le parking glauque..est assez loin !!
On est cependant plein centre
