Muu buena relacion costo - beneficio
Pros:

La habitacion linda, comoda, con buena vista. Buen equipamiento. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Buena ubicacion a 30 minutos a pie del centro historico y principales atracciones de Bilbao. Pilar muy atenta a todas las cuestiones.

Cons:

Fue dificil encontrar estacionamiento en el barrio. Estaba siempre lleno de autos y habia que dar varias vueltas para conseguir lugar.

Pros:

路線バス65で市街地まで移動が簡単。観光客が少ない庶民的なエリアで気軽に入れるバー&カフェ、スーパーマーケットも沢山あってよかった。近くには公園があり、7階のアパートメントからの眺めもいい。ホストとのコミュニケーションもスムーズでとても良かった。

Poor communication and worried about security
Pros:

Bedroom was fine, everything you’d expect. Good bus route into town outside.

Cons:

Checking in was a nightmare. Very little communication, and when we did get a number to phone they didn’t speak any English so finding out room and entering the building was very difficult. Then when we were in the room someone was trying to unlock it and enter. Thankfully we were there to tell them to stop, but if we weren’t in the room I would worry they had access. We had checked in so not sure why they would try and access it, unless it was another guest. Also wouldn’t recommend if trying to get back late at night as no busses and it’s a 1 hour walk

Pros:

Todo muy limpio y muy cómodo. La anfitriona muy agradable y sin ningún problema de comunicación. Está lejos del centro pero se puede ir andando y está bien conectado por RENFE.
