Hotel tranquilo y seguro cerca del centro
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas eran cómodas. El Wi-Fi era aceptable aunque se caía muy seguido. El baño estaba limpio y salía suficiente agua a muy buena temperatura. La comida del restaurante es realmente deliciosa. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros del centro de Real del Monte.

Cons:

El hotel tiene algunas oportunidades de mejora, como que el estacionamiento esta un poco retirado y toca que los propios huespedes lleven los autos y luego regresen caminando, debiesen tener valet parking para llevarlos asi cueste algo extra. Las habitaciones cuádruples son algo pequeñas y el lavamanos estaba tapado, sería excelente si le hicieran mantenimiento y que apaguen la luz de los pasillos en las noches porque en verdad molestan mucho para dormir, includo al cerrar las cortinas; podrían dejar encendida solo la qué está cerca del ascensor en cada pasillo o tener interruptores afuera de cada habitación para que quien quiera apagar su luz exterior lo haga. También sería bueno si colocaran cobijas extras menos pesadas porque cansan las piernas y se terminan cayendo de la cama por el propio peso.

El cuarto era bastante amplio, la ubicación está bastante cómoda y a pesar el frío las cobijas extra que hay en la habitación calientas bien.

El Internet es muy lento y falla mucho, una noche la pasamos sin Internet por eso.

The place was convenient, close to Centro with lots of places to eat and things to see.

Cons:

I specifically chose this particular Motel because of it’s high Wi-Fi ratings, yet Wi-Fi never worked well in Room 6 on the first floor. Also, the room was very cold at night. The gentleman that was manning the front desk was friendly enough, but that’s as far as it went. He Wasn’t interested in putting me in a new room when I let him know that the Internet was out. He just fumbled with my phone a bit, thinking that was going to fix the issue, and advised me that I was good to go. The listing also offered private parking, which I did not. I was advised that valet service was no longer available, and that I could park in front of the motel.
