Почти новый отель и единственный в округе с бассейном на крыше. Номера просторные с большими окнами. Рядом супермаркет GO и десятки ресторанов. Пляж в 20 минутах ходьбы. Отличная набережная по всему побережью. С верхих этажей открывается вид на острова бухты Халонг Бэй.
Персонал отзывчивый - любая просьба находила отклик и решение. Завтраки все одинаковые, но сытные. Однозначно рекомендую отель!
Tollen Zimmer mit 38qm und Blick auf Halong. Auch Personal war freundlich. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und sehr zufrieden.
Das einzige was uns nicht überzeugt hat was das Frühstück, es gab nur 3 Scheiben Toast, 2 Spiegeleier, Gurke und Tomate. Kaffee konnte man sich bestellen. Ich hätte mir hier gerne Butter, Aufschnitt oder Obst. Aufjeden etwas mehr Vielfalt. Daher nur 9 von 10 Punkte.

The room was very large, clean and new. We were allowed early check in which was awesome for us as we came early with a sleeper bus.
The pool was open for a limited time and did not live up to the online pictures. The breakfast buffet was empty by 8:30 and no restock - nothing to drink. Almost every restaurant and store in the area was closed when we walked around.

This was a amazing place i recommend it. The only thing was the bed was hard but was great
Huge room. We had a good view on the 8th floor. Hard bed. Big TV but does not have Netflix. Not much food around, only seafood restaurant and a Thai Restaurant. The breakfast they gave us every morning when we stayed there was the soup that they sold in front of the hotel. It is a shame that they have a nice room but its service is not. Slow wifi.
Beautiful large windows spotless. Staff were lovely
It was clean and new. Friendly staff. Not much to do around the area except for a shopping mall. Loved the double beds. Super comfortable along with the pillows also. Had a pleasant stay.
The room was quite new and clean. Good view
- The kitchen staff (waitress) was not professional by ignoring the guest's request, they did not ask the guests if they would like to have anything for breakfast or even introduce or inform the guest which will have for today. Example : someone couldnt eat seafood, onion,... anything , they should have done it before brought the food to the guests. Note that the food they served us is from the restaurant down on the street , really bad service
- Outside the hotel is very dirty as they are fixing and renovating the road.
- Television is not working for channels, bluring , couldnt see anything , but could work for youtube
- Hot water you need to wait for a long time, very inconvenient
- Dirty and dusty lobby and restaurant areas
- The location is far away from everything, just nearby one supermarket and a minimart, if you want to find a restaurant you have to walk around few kilometers
Finally, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
