The girl at reception her name was zeine wasever so helpful booking the cruise, taxis and my sleeper bus to da nang and also took care. Of my laundry absolutely brilliant hotel was Fabolous but big thanks to zeini 10 outta 10

Pros:

Почти новый отель и единственный в округе с бассейном на крыше. Номера просторные с большими окнами. Рядом супермаркет GO и десятки ресторанов. Пляж в 20 минутах ходьбы. Отличная набережная по всему побережью. С верхих этажей открывается вид на острова бухты Халонг Бэй.
Персонал отзывчивый - любая просьба находила отклик и решение. Завтраки все одинаковые, но сытные. Однозначно рекомендую отель!

Pros:

Tollen Zimmer mit 38qm und Blick auf Halong. Auch Personal war freundlich. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns nicht überzeugt hat was das Frühstück, es gab nur 3 Scheiben Toast, 2 Spiegeleier, Gurke und Tomate. Kaffee konnte man sich bestellen. Ich hätte mir hier gerne Butter, Aufschnitt oder Obst. Aufjeden etwas mehr Vielfalt. Daher nur 9 von 10 Punkte.

Piscine sur le toit avec la vue. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste.

Cons:

Pas de thé ou café offert au petit déjeuner. Les lits sont extrêmement durs.

Nice rooms, not the facilities or area
Pros:

The room was very large, clean and new. We were allowed early check in which was awesome for us as we came early with a sleeper bus.

Cons:

The pool was open for a limited time and did not live up to the online pictures. The breakfast buffet was empty by 8:30 and no restock - nothing to drink. Almost every restaurant and store in the area was closed when we walked around.

Pros:

Huge room. We had a good view on the 8th floor. Hard bed. Big TV but does not have Netflix. Not much food around, only seafood restaurant and a Thai Restaurant. The breakfast they gave us every morning when we stayed there was the soup that they sold in front of the hotel. It is a shame that they have a nice room but its service is not. Slow wifi.
