Mattress is absolutely awesome, had a really nice sleep there

Cons:

Shower isn't really waterproof so it leaks out, some towels smelled a bit funky and i found a used spoon on the bedside table. Check-in process is sketchy af tho, there's no traditional reception - and you're supposed to pay city tax in cash or do money transfer - isn't it easier to withdraw the money from the price of the property? I'd happily paid more just to not deal with it.

Convenient location and comfortable bed.
Pros:

The room was nicely decorated. I did not use the free standing bathtub as it was very hot. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. I was happy to be able to store our things in the secured hallway after check-out. The location is perfect for exploring beautiful and pedestrian-friendly Kaunas.

Cons:

The fan was broken but the owner did provide an alternate one. It was unusually hot. I have never seen a fee for using a coffee pod. We opted to go out for coffee. The place felt more about the decor than function.

Išskirtinis kambario stilius, suteikia jaukų prabangos jausmą. Erdvus kambarys ir vieta pačiame Kauno centre, kur viskas pasiekiama pesčiomis

Cons:

Iki pilnos laimės mums trūko tik kokio mažo šaldytuvo kambaryje, bet tik todėl, kad pataikėm ant didelių karščių.

Cons:

The property itself is beautiful, but the management is shockingly poor. They assigned us the wrong (cheaper) room and sent check-in instructions that we followed exactly. Since we left our luggage and left, we didn't realize their mistake until later. To make it worse, their error allowed another guest to access our room—a huge privacy violation. When we complained, the manager blamed us for following his instructions rather than apologizing. Lovely place, but be very cautious dealing with the staff

Habitación super amplia, limpia, bien ubicada, con.baño con ducha y bañera aparte tal cual aparece en las fotos, check in y check out sin contacto.

Good for short stay
Pros:

For 1 night perfect. Anything more than that would be annoying probably

Cons:

No fridge, no AC. In +30 you would be dead.

Pros:

The room was clean and high quality.

Cons:

The host told us the wrong room, which ended up with us opening the room to a guest that was half naked in bed.. extremely awkward situation to say the least.
