كل الشكر لطاقم الموظفين على حسن الإستقبال والتعامل الأكثر من رائع وأخص بالذكر الأخ ( يونس ) اللي وفر لنا كل ما طلبناه وكان في غاية الإحترام والأدب والتعاون .. الفندق ممتاز ومريح .. السرعة في إجراءات الدخول والخروج .. الإفطار متنوع .. الغرف كبيرة وشرحه والسرير مريح .. له إطلالات جميلة جدا عالبحر .. موقعه ممتاز وحوله الكثير من المطاعم والكافيهات .. الفندق نظيف وهادي .. المكيف بارد 👌 .. حمام السباحة حلو ومطل عالبحر .. الأسعار معقولة

Enjoyable stay 🫶
Pros:

Dear Park Inn Hotels Management,

We stayed as a family for three nights and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The facility was clean, well-maintained, and located in an excellent area. We particularly enjoyed being opposite the sea and having access to many great restaurants nearby. Additionally, the breakfast was of high quality, and we made good use of the excellent pool and gym facilities.

Please extend our thanks to your staff; the management and team were very kind, supportive, and created a very positive atmosphere throughout our stay.

الفندق جدًا جميل وموقعه حيل ممتاز ، ويعتبر فندق جديد، و الاهم عائلي ، فيه 3 كافيهات باللوبي ممتازين و قهوه مختصه وفيه بالدور24 كافيه اخر نسائي وصالون نسائي ممتازززز جدًا جدًا جدًا ،وافطار الفندق جدًا منوّع ورائع، الموظفين خدومين بشكل رائع، اخص بالشكر الاخ أيمن تعامله رائع جدًا ، كان عندنا مشكله بالحجز وكان جدًا متعاون بأنه وفر لنا حلول ترضينا و كسبنا مع انه كنا شوي متضايقين و اعصاب لكن كان بارع جدًا في احتواء الموقف و قدم الحلول و كان يهمه رضانا وانه مانكون متضايقين خلال الاقامة ، شكرا للاخ ايمن وشكرا لجميع العاملين.

السرير ماكان مريح ما ارتحنا بالنومة وهذا السبب اللي ردّنا عن تمديد اقامتنا ولا الفندق كل شي رائع فيه لكن الاسفنجة ماكانت مريحة جدًا يابسه ومزعجة بالنوم. كذلك المسبح ماكان فيه خدمه عند المسبح كنا ناطرين احد يكون موجود عشان نطلب ماء لكن كان فقط موظفه وحده للمطعم و مو ملحقة ابدًا على الطلبات ، كذلك الفوط عند المسبح ماكانت متوفره وكذلك البار اللي عند المسبح مو شغال مع انه كان عيد والمفروض فيه اجواء عند المسبح .

زحمة السيارات عند المدخل بسبب بطئ عمال ركن السيارات
الوسادة سيئة
بوفيه الإفطار كان فاضي قبل انتهاء الوقت بساعة
ثاني يوم طلبت طبق بيض و وصل الطلب خطأ و عندما أخبرت الموظف اعتذر و اخذ الطبق و لم يأتي بالطبق الآخر
