The property is one of the most nicest place to stay , yes its a bit far from kuwait city but you have a lot of venues around it also
The staff are very polite mr younis in particular was such a help before we arrive he actually made our stay very comfortable and was such a great help
If i would go back to the same hotel it will be because of mr younis

تجربة مستحيل تتكرر
Pros:

معامله جداً سيئة وعدم احترام النزيل. أنا رجل كبير ولحيتي بيضاء وحجزت أنا وزوجتي وذهبت الخارج وحين عودتها استقبلت زوجتي في الاستقبال وطلعتها الغرفه وإذا بالسكورتي يتصل بي ويقول ممنوع استقبال الضيوف داخل الغرف قلت له عيب عليك هذي زوجتي قالي نحتاج بطاقتها ونزلت له وأبرزت بطاقتها. قل احترافيه من الاداره حتي لو شكيت ارجع للكميرات وتأكد من دخولها معي وقت الدخول
ثانيا تطلب حذاء للحمام يقعد ساعه وآخر شي يقول احنا عطيناك نعال للغرفه طيب احتاج للحمام علشان ما اوصخ الغرفه
ثالثا طلبت شاهي بريكفاست لان الموجود في الغرفه ظرف واحد فقط واحنا شخصين للأسف ما جاني
غير المواقف السيئه لسيارات لازم توقف في موقف ضيييق جدا
