Rob Roy - Self Check-In Boutique Accommodation

We needed a chillax place to base, and this was fabulous, no breakfast which is why we booked this time to give time to recharge and lie in, though plenty of options close by if needed. River view room excellent. Cleaning lady very accomodating, giving the option to have room cleaned or not and asking if there was anything she could help with, as i was poorly with a bad chest infection a couple of days before arrival and during our time there, the chance to recharge was important. The location is excellent Berwick town itself just a short walk over the bridge with good selection of cafes and restaurants, and just below the border of Scotland which was fab base for us, room was exceptional, fridge decent room in there, shower walk in fab and also a bath if that is what you like all in all 10 out of 10, thank you deffo recommend.

What an amazing stay! From the perfect location to the spotless rooms, high quality materials (the shower was just a dream), great bed, and super well appointed common area, everything was incredible. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely come back. Our room had a terrace and we spent hours there, taking in the great weather and lovely sea breeze. We had lunch in the common area several times which was always spotless and had a very handy microwave and nice crockery / cutlery one could use. The decor is very nice, great taste and good quality (solid doors & windows, nice sofa in the room, good lighting, isolation, taps, etc). A special mention goes to the housekeeper who was always cheerful and eager to help, making everything spotless and fresh and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

As soon as you walked into the entrance you could smell how clean it was , it was beautiful thought out in respects of colour, paintwork, carpets on entering.
Once in the room I was even happier, the room was gorgeous, and the bathroom was even better, all high end decor, fixings and finishes, bed was super comfortable, had time to waste on check out day and decided to strip the bed for the staff and was very happy to see the bed , quilt & pillows were also spotless ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great central location. Very helpful instructions before and during our stay from Craig. We had everything we needed to make for an easy, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very sweet little details like a wax seal on the toilet paper, biscuits/refrigerated water in the room and a magnifying mirror! Lovely Anniversary stay.

The property itself is lovely, really nice style, very comfortable and lots of lovely details.

The self check in was very simple and easy to follow. The communal lounge and kitchen space was lovely. Our room was very clean, spacious with a super comfortable bed and the shower was also great. Plenty of parking at the front of the property.
