Great location, friendly staff, and great vibes.
The place wasn’t very clean and it didn’t feel ready for our arrival. Some kitchen appliances weren’t working. We also asked for extra toilet paper and clean towels for the shower, but we didn’t receive them.

The location was great and the pool was nice
Our rooms were very dirty. We had no sheet set for three days and were repeatedly told random stories by the host. Many amenities listed did not exist. No restaurant, no bar, no toiletries… not even hand soap.
Had to ask for more than the single roll of toilet paper given (for a week).
The communication was awful. We were told multiple stories on why we had no sheets. Repeatedly promised a refund (did not see a penny), offered dinner (did not get), randomly offered a photo shoot for our issues (did not happen). The host was unable to keep his lies / stories straight and we felt disrespected and lied to for days.

- purtroppo due ragazzi sono venuti più volte a bussare alla vetrata di notte e non ci siamo sentite molto sicure
- cambio di asciugamani a pagamento, e in una settimana non c’è stata neanche una pulizia
