Nearly everything! The room was great, modern and spacious, with a superb view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was great, with a range of options. The gym and pool were great. Really good value for money.
No in-house laundry service meant the hotel had to have my laundry collected and charged more than I was expecting.
High tech water dispenser in rooms was a bit annoying to use.

Everything! The room was a pleasant surprise! I really liked the way the bathroom is set up and connected to the bedroom. The open bathroom makes it easy accessible (you can also close it if you want). Everything looks nice and well maintained. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful and friendly. I also loved the gym. I seldom see a gym with up to date equipment like this. The pool is a nice place to hang out. I also feel Bangsar is a great neighborhood to stay, way more quiet that the city center. The center is just a short grab ride away.

We booked a suite room for three people, consisting of a king size bed and a sofa bed. However, bedsheets were not provided for the sofa bed and we had to ask the staff for an extra set.
Great location to some good shopping malls. Have to go by Grab.
The very busy junction of roads coming together and no pedestrian crossing. Too far to go for local retails and places to eat.
