Pros:

The staff, ease for checking in and out, the room is clean and i like the brightness of the room and its minimalist concept

Cons:

The location because it it close to a busy road, there is no area to relax outside because it is so compact and the limited numbers of parking even for us who stayed in the hotel. The staff who in charge of parking is rather gruff when he refused to allow us to enter the parking area.. Otherwise, our stay there was excellent

Ngon và đa dạng

Cons:

1 nhân viên bảo vệ phía dưới cầu thang khá mất lịch sự khi dẫn khách vào thang máy dành cho kỹ thuật (phía sau) và ko nói gì, bỏ đi. Nhưng đây là 1 thôi, còn đa số nhân viên rất tuyệt vời.

Pros:

Nearly everything! The room was great, modern and spacious, with a superb view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was great, with a range of options. The gym and pool were great. Really good value for money.

Cons:

No in-house laundry service meant the hotel had to have my laundry collected and charged more than I was expecting.
High tech water dispenser in rooms was a bit annoying to use.
