Modernes Motel
Pros:

Sehr modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Kühlschrank und Küche vorhanden. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl direkt vorm Haus. Preis/Leistung top. Komme immer wieder gern hierher.

Cons:

Zimmertemperatur nicht regelbar. Bei starken Schwankungen der Außentemperatur ist es manchmal sehr kalt oder kochend heiß. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Töpfen variiert stark von Zimmer zu Zimmer. Anscheinend wird Defektes/Fehlendes nicht ersetzt. Kochfläche vorhanden, aber kein Dunstabzug. Wer macht sowas? Hab mich wegen des Rauchmelders nicht getraut, zu kochen. Service gibt es nicht. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre es schön, wenn mal jemand die Mülleimer leeren oder die Handtücher tauschen würde.

Pros:

Trotz Steuerung ohne Hotelpersonal war das digital erreichbare Personal per Chat freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war, im Gegensatz zum Badezimmer, leider nicht sauber. Der Lüfter im Bad ließ sich nicht abschalten und lief in der Nacht alle paar Minuten in einer Lautstärke durch, dass der Schlaf unterbrochen wurde.

The size of the room is big, the room has all required facilities and the shower was also very good. Free parking outside the hotel. Stay was safe. It was our second time with this hotel chain.

Lo único bueno del alojamiento fue el precio

Tuve graves problemas para hacer el check in, (no fue mi culpa) el hotel tiene una aplicacion y yo no podía registrarme, estabas obligado a registrarte… porque sin registro NO SE ABRE LA PUERTA… llamé al servicio de atención al cliente de booking, e intentamos solucionarlo. 3h después de comenzar con la incidencia conseguí que me dieran solucion… FATAL! Desde las 21:30 en la puerta del hotel, con TOTAL OSCURIDAD, sin telefono de contacto por su parte, sin soluciones desde booking que solo se dedicaban a mandar correos al alojamiento, PERO SOLUCIONES NO PUSIERON. Total, que la odisea terminó a las 00:30 de la madrugada y a las 10:00 teníamos que dejar el hotel, no tuvieron ni el detalle de hacernos un “late check out”… experiencia HORROROSA

Der Eingangscode kam erst am Folgetag gegen 9 Uhr. Ich hab mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht ohne Booking.com
