Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown

The bathrooms include the toilet and shower. This means that the toilets get very wet with the water from the shower. This could be cleaned by the staff more often. Getting into the top pod is not accessible for all people, and there is no way to request a bottom pod.

Op de foto's lijkt er nog redelijk veel ruimte in de zaal, alleen zijn er blijkbaar verschillende zalen en onze zaal had echt nauwelijks ruimte. Ook moest het licht hele nacht per se aan wat wij ook niet echt begrepen.

Bed is very firm, people made a lot of noise though the night and woke me up a few times

mattress is way too hard, pot is too short and i am only 1.70, it’s super noisy to open the plastic pods, door didn’t open on first attempts from the inside - needed like 20 times to push the button -, shower not clean, overall seems a bit sketchy

The bed was extremely uncomfortable it hurt to lay on it was actually unbearable the mattress was an inch thick. The toilet and shower was in the same room and unisex which is very unpleasant when you want to use the toilet and the whole room is soaked and also showering doesn’t feel clean as it’s next to the toilet. I left the shower feeling more dirty than before. The bathroom/ toilet rooms smelt weird and not taken care of. Didn’t look like some of the photos not much space outside of the pods. No windows in the property- wasnt expecting them in the pods but in the social area I was for which there is not a social area- no seats or space to chill outside the pods. I checked out a day early because I couldn’t bare the final night.

Ni clean bathroom, pods in bad shape, mattrace completely overused, feels like you sleep on the ground, gave me hip problems.

Staff in the morning, maybe owners were unfriendly.

The mattress was so thin I felt like I was sleeping on just hard plastic. (I only slept for about an hour) The illuminated light switch buttons were very light. It was very hot after a while. The tiny toilet / shower was not an attractive prospect.

Exceedingly poor hygiene. No sound proofing, so the pods are super loud. The mattress is very thin so hard to sleep. Doesn't get fully dark inside the pod. No AC inside the pod. Shower with terrible facilities.

Overall a subpar experience.

Selon la capsule que nous avons nous sommes plus ou mons isolé de la lumière de plus nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des gens bruyants tôt le matins et tard le soir les capsules n’isole pas du bruit. Attention les photos ne représente pas correctement l’endroit mais se sont les mêmes capsules

The bed is not very thick but it is comfortable. No seperate bathroon and toilet. And only two toilets for 16 Pax per floor. No seperate for male and female.
