Best hotel on our entire 8-day trip.
Pros:

This hotel had something many do not: A window shade that completely seals off light from entering. This was a very pleasant surprise, as most hotels seem to put curtains in the window that still let a lot of light in from the parking lot and the morning sun. Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Accommodating and well cared for.
Pros:

Exceptional customer service! Breakfast was terrific, too. Just an overall great experiene, so accommodating. Hospitality was spot on, something you do not see as much of today, sadly. The young kids working throughout the weekend did an awesome job.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything we didnt like. All good.

The property was lovely, our room was a little disappointing especially because they checked us in late as they were bus
Pros:

Everything in town was easily accessible from the property. Parking lot felt secure. The interior was visually appealing.

Cons:

Our room was pretty, but it was not clean. Stained sofa, stained blinds, dirty or stained duvet covers, stained walls. In addition the drain smelled like sewer gas.

Don’t stay here!

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean, there was poop under the rim in the toilet and the shower had orange scum in the corners. The kleenex box was empty, also the body wash in the shower, and there was no bar soap. There was no manager on duty to help us. I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me and I still haven’t received it. We have not had this experience at other Holiday Inns, but I would never stay at this one again.

Just grabbed a little and took to room. So it was fine

Cons:

The garbage in the room was not emptied. There was a used towel left on the bathroom counter and the bed was poorly made, leaving me to assume the sheets were not changed. I slept on top of the covers.

Action to shower would be helpful otherwise a good stay

Great location and quiet room with a view of the Laramie River! Who would have thought! Spacious room and Comfortable bed
