Nice and comfy
Pros:

Love everything. The location is walking distance to a 7-Eleven, Marco and Central Hatyai mall. You could also walk to Asean night market (halal food) and Greenway market (mix of halal and non halal food) if you want. They do provide free shuttle to certain places nearby but it depends if they have staff to drive the car.

Room size is good. Plenty of space for luggage and shopping bags 😉 they offer breakfast in bed as well. The toilet was good size as well. Got mini balcony if you want to use it. Bed is nice and soft to sleep, feels like king size. I like the pillow softness too (just nice for my liking), I don't like it too hard or too soft. Blanket is thick enough for cold temperature.

Some staff can speak English or Malay. They do provide daily water bottles even if you don't ask them to make room. They will put the water bottle outside your door which is very convenient as we don't need to request for it. Most places I go, I always need ask for it when I don't make up room.

Got lift as well which is big enough to fit like 4-6 pax with luggage. Also got a tiny garden outside the lobby for breakfast and free coffee tea you can make yourself (they don't provide 3in1 in the room). Parking is also available indoor and outdoor which is convenient if you are driving. Fridge was super cold and if you max it, can literally turn your drink into ice.

Cons:

You need to prepare 500bath cash for deposit which was not mentioned beforehand. They will give back the cash once you check out.

I think the only downfall is the noise. You can easily hear people open and close their doors coz is not easy to close or not soft close for the room door. Hence, light sleeper may get awake by every door that is closed especially midnight. You can also easily hear people walking and talking outside the corridor.

Not the hotel problem but in general, grab car in Hatyai is not that easy to get. We tend to wait for 10-15min for a grab to pick us up from any location. So time your outings wisely. But there's plenty of tuk tuk van near the tourist area to hop on.

I came with a big group 21 pax , I personally request for welcome drink and fruits they really provide how ever we arrive super late due to border clearance, but surprising they put in the the drink and food in our room. Location is very near with Central Hatyai and there’s 1 7Eleven almost done , we really appreciated with the hotel team and the room super comfortable.. 100% recommend to others

Alles komfortabel.
Das Frühstück war okay.
Kein Restaurant in der unmittelbaren Nähe.
Das Einkaufscenter erreichten wir in 10 min zu Fuß. Da gab es viele Marken-Geschäfte mit europäischen Preisen. Wer preiswerte Kleidchen o.a.sucht ist hier falsch. Geldwechselstuben gibt es nicht.
Im Makromarkt gegenüber, wo wir hofften Thai-Sauce o.a.als Mitbringsel zu erwerben, nahmen keine kreditkarten
