Sule Shangri-La, Yangon

Wonderful stay with very attentive and friendly staff. Due to Covid-19 we were forced to stay an extra week until we were able to get a flight out and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
Restaurant, bar and cafe had a lovely range of food and beverages and everything was very clean and hygienic. Our temperature was checked every time we entered the hotel and hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the building.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet at the ground floor had a wide range of food to choose from which was amazing. Staff quickly came to help And explained about the food which was really helpful.

I'm unhappy with the way to verify my credit card for deposit but the hotel not yet unblocked the amount for me once I checked out. I've to wait for 10 days for bank process. If deposit's policy is only credit card, they should action to unblock card once checking out.

Good stay in the suite room on 18th floor with club access which was useful for an evening snacks and beverages. well located, near Sule Pagoda, with many points of interest, junction mall, and restaurants like Shan Kitchen and Indian options as well. had hired a local guide from the concierge with vehicle.

Our stay was a flying visit to Yangon. The hotel was selected because of its position, central for most of what we wanted to do. Easy walk down to the strand.
Hotel was a real gem. Large specious with a very relaxed air. Stall were fabulous, they could not do enough for us. Gallery Bar, a super find.

Lactation is convenient, be better if there have airport free shuttle bus.

Centrally located. Super friendly staff. Will stay again. eautiful city views from higher floors.

Location is excellent so that you can explore Yangon downtown on foot and easily call Grabtaxi to tour around the must-see attractions. High security with best staffs & services to make you feel like home. Recommended and surely I will book this place for my next trip to Yangon.

Hotel’s old and basic, comfortable for two nights business stays but not good for longer. No surprises

Overall excellent

It was great except for my airport to hotel experience. 1. For a hotel as nice as this one, they should provide free shuttle service. That aside, the hotel shuttle service was $50 USD. I was able to get a Grab for just over $5 USD.

The manager on duty was v helpful to sort out issue with Expedia who made a mistake on the booking with breakfast.

Stayed for a night each at the beginning and end of our visit to Myanmar. The location of the hotel was great. Pleasant staff and overall we had a perfect start and end to our visit to Myanmar.

I was only here for one night - great service by all staff, very polite and smiling. Good value for money considering the price.

The room is nice and clean with a nice view.
I can see a big pagoda from my room on the 15th floor.

From the front desk, managers to room attendants, we were always greeted with a big smile and impeccable services. Connected to a small mall with a super market and a wonderful Burmese restaurant. Highly recommended.
