TLT Guesthouses - Dauin

A small beach just three meters from the hotel grounds. The bottom gradually deepens, so you can walk about 20 meters out. A very convenient beach for swimming with children.
The room is large, bright, and spacious. There is a bathtub and shower. A large comfortable bed. A convenient desk, a comfortable coffee table, and a sofa. There is a veranda with a sea view 10 meters from the house, so you can hear the pleasant sound of the waves.
The hosts are very helpful.
Shared refrigerator, on the ground floor.
The location is very quiet.
A 7-minute walk away is the Silver Reef Hotel (the accommodation conditions there are very questionable in my opinion), which has an excellent restaurant and a diving company.
It is convenient to go on excursions to waterfalls and lakes from here.
The air conditioner is quiet and modern.
There is a small private pool.
The hosts can prepare a simple breakfast and dinner, but I still recommend going to the aforementioned restaurant.
You can use a kayak.

Jesse and James are great and generous hosts. They clearly care a lot about making their guests' stay comfortable and helping people out whilst at their lovely home.

I stayed with my 2 boys and between us we're pretty fussy in the things we'll eat. Jesse and James made a lot of effort to accommodate us. Not only that the food was very tasty. Very kind of them. The one thing I missed was decent coffee.

We ate dinner and breakfast here every day and generally ate at a nearby restaurant most days.

The air-conditioning and StarlinkWiFi are great. The rooms are clean. There are laundry facilities on site, a nice pool, a free to use kayak.

TLT is definitely out of the way but it wasnt an issue for us. Its a 5 minute drive past the centre of Dauin and then down a rough track. You can rent a bike but we didn't and found it easy to use buses, tuktuks and Jesse also arranged taxis for us and other guests.

We went snorkeling off the beach of the house. Also we to nearby Silver Reef for diving lessons and snorkeling at the marine Sanctuary in Dauin. Dauin has a few decent restaurants too.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning - good portions and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean with working AC, hot water, and good beds. She helped arrange a motorbike, she had great recommendations for things to do in Dauin, she even upgraded me to the bigger suite free of charge! And of course the pool and view of the ocean were just spectacular! TLT Guesthouse was really perfect - I only wish I could've stayed longer!

The hosts are great, and they accommodated us not with one but multiple favors. The home-cooked meals are tasty and come with generous servings, and the rooms are clean, providing not only towels but also slippers and essential bathroom necessities. The water heater is great, and the AC is super cool. An amazing fast internet speed is a bonus, not to mention the clean pool, vast grounds for kids and kids at heart to play, a BBQ grilling station, and access to the beach with unlimited use of kayaks. By the way, be prepared for the amazing black volcanic soft sand and thriving corals in the area, and have a great time making the sand castle with my pirate grandson. One day is too short for a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for the much-needed family bonding.

One of the best accommodation experienced in the Philippines !
Villa is vast, has good vibes, everything feels new. The master suite is very large.
Environment is quiet and conducive to good sleep.
Direct access to the sea and good corals makes up for nice snorkelling, with varied marine life, including turtles.
Great new scooter available for rent.
Last but not least James and Jesse and great hosts, never felt constrained.

Post Jesse and James went out of their way to make things comfortable and homely… James makes an awesome American breakfast, Jesse does a good stir fry at night… they tried to address your needs

This was our top accomodation on our three weeks trip around Philippines. Smart, professional and good hearted owners. They went out their way to help us out with everything. They cooked best meals. Beautiful and spotless house right on the beach where we took countless walks, with a great super clean swimming pool. The room was so comfortable with silent A/C and great Skylink internet. This is a little paradise and were sad to go.

Place was so quiet, clean and relaxing. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. The room was big with couches, balcony, jacuzzi, walk-in closet. Loved the sea and pool view at the balcony. Enjoyed watching sunrise. Food was great especially during Dinner. Fast wifi connection. Stayed for work however there’s no desk for working station or table inside our room. Also, it’s a pet-friendly place. Free clean drinking water. Good place to celebrate special events like birthdays, anniversaries. Will stay again soon.
