Good value for a budget-concious stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, quiet location.Not fancy, but for the price one shouldn't expect fancy. It was very suitable for my needs.

Cons:

There was contradictory information about the desk hours, but after that was resolved there was no further issue.

Once we employed air freshner it was tolerable. We only spent sleeping time there. Not the most friendly host

Cons:

BAD Tobacco smell in room, need to buy air freshner, host refused to relocate to another room. Lifted sheets and mattress were horrible, brought our own bedding (just in case!)
