Room issues, but excellent staff support
Pros:

However, I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the receptionist guy on duty. He was very helpful and understanding. He immediately offered me a temporary room and took quick action to repair the issues. Later, he arranged a much cleaner and nicer room for me. Even though that room also had a few problems, he fixed everything quickly and professionally.

Thanks to his support and service, I was able to continue my stay more comfortably. He truly turned the situation around. Because of his great attitude and quick help, I would consider staying here again.

Cons:

My recent stay at your hotel was a very mixed experience. Initially, I was quite disappointed. The room I was given looked nothing like the pictures online — it was not clean and had several damaged items. This was definitely not what I expected and left a very bad first impression.

Not well maintained.. very dirty with the broken door lock.. not feel secured once check in with enviroment and ambiance.. i check in and check out on the same time
