Room 4 garage apartment
Pros:

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Brand new home

Cons:

This is the first time I am staying in a garage-apartment and it's not as on pictures. I guess the second floor got all the positive reviews. My garage apartment was smelling like mold. It's not supposed to be used as a living area. Not properly insulated and has no floor cover

A all-around great place
Pros:

Its cheaper then most motels and hotels, plus the bed was really comfy and the host was very commutive amongst myself. Would book 100% again And it was CLEAN.

My room was pleasant, it was a finished bedroom in the garage space. The bathroom was not clean.
Pros:

Nice looking house in a great location in the Lakewood Ranch area. Good parking. You enter the bottom floor (converted air conditioned garage space) through the backdoor with a keypad lock. There are two secure bedrooms and a community kitchen, dining, living room space (this community space looks to be a usable garage with a garage door and opener. The bedroom has a lock/key entry, the bed was comfortable. Good mini-split AC unit in my room which worked great. There is a big refrigerator, a small pantry area with coffee maker and supplies and a kitchen sink area.

Cons:

The pillow cases smelled like someones head/hair/dandruff. I had to put one of my clean t-shirts over the pillow. There was a a cigarette smoke smell in my room. The bathroom was not cleaned... someone's laundry piled on the one and only counter top and on the floor, the toilet had pee drips on the seat and rim, the sink had toothpaste splatter on the faucet. In the living room/kitchen area, the make-shift kitchen sink had dirty dishes in it, an old sponge and no dish soap to clean the few utensils that I used. The bathroom shower is pretty tight/small.

Definitely a go to place in Bradenton. Very kind owner willing to accommodate my needs.
Pros:

This is an awesome place, especially after you get familiar with roads to get to the places on the East side of the highway/ I was there just by myself mostly. The room itself was huge even before the extremely spacious common areas like the kitchen and bathroom are taken into account, plus having a side door to get the driveway without having to walk around the house was a bonus.

Cons:

No free wifi ...

Cons:

Parking was a little confusing at first because there are two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs and it’s plenty enough parking. It’s just you might get blocked in if someone comes in later. But we worked it out and it was fine.

Pros:

The price was exceptional for the quality of our room and the amenities! After bookkng our room, we got a whole big list of rules. They charge a 65$ cleaning fee yet they give a whole list of things they want you to clean while trying to enjoy your stay. We booked 2 nights and we were asked to leave after the 1st night. They were upset because my fiance was crying in pain in the bathroom! She has major chronic and fatal health issues and she had bleeding in the bathroom! While I was cleaning up my breakfast and gathering the cleaning supplies their other guest across the hallway snapped some pictures of the blood that I cleaned and sent these pics to the host, which got us kicked out! We found our about the host asking us to leave as we were pulling up to the emergency room. I told our host that we were arriving at the hospital and we would provide documentation of my fiances health issues. The host stated thatd I r our protection and the protection of the other guests that we would need to leave.

Cons:

The staff that stayed there had a very loud argument in the kitchen late at night! They also had very loud make up sex and we feel this was inappropriate, unprofessional and just absolutely rude!!
