More a 'things to know before you go' (2 adults 1 child):
Have 2500 pesos in cash for deposit - you don't get a receipt.
It's not a hotel - it's a privately owned room in a hotel - an airbnb basically. Staff at the 'hotel' only help residents and will pretend they cannot speak or understand English. Hotel staff - rudest we've encountered in many trips overseas to various countries, and we won't return here.
A pool 'application form' needs completion & payment - we didn't use the pool once - we were told the pool was closed (and watched families, many of whom openly said they didn't live there but had friends/family who did, jump in and out), or that the form would take 4 days to process. It gives you 3 hours access per day. Pool cleaning is Monday, or whenever security or the pool guy say it is. You also cannot use the gym - that's for owners only.
Shower water is set to barely lukewarm - there is a knob under the sink to turn up the heat (save a maintenance request).
The hotel is amidst construction zones (they work 7 days) and a bus transit area, and there is a barking dog across the hallway.
Only right hotplate works in the kitchen (we didn't cook), the kitchen sink will 'bubble up' when draining, & there is no kitchen hot water. Do NOT put glass in the bin - that must be disposed of separately in the basement.
Do not put the plug in the bathroom sink as it doesn't work properly (no spring mechanism). Don't raise the blinds in the loungeroom either & lounge isn't a bed.
The second 'bedroom' is little more than a closet with no ventilation when the door is closed (except an oscillating wall-mounted fan). On a plus it does have its own toilet, but no drainage.
The beds are excellent if you love a hard mattress.
The aircon units are the old wall-mounted ones and are noisy (but still efficient).

De tweede slaapkamer is te klein en slechte geur. Ik hoor van de beheerder dat was een opslagruimte die ze een tweede slaapkamer van gemaakt dus aantrekkelijk voor de mensen.

I recommend finding a different way to check in guests, ie. Keys at the reception.
Our flight came in early so we got to the property 2 hrs early. We have to wait for the property manager for 2 hrs, which is the agreed time. However , If the key was left at the reception, it's easier for everyone.

L’hôte est venue remettre les clés après nous avoir fait attendre 1h30 a la réception.
Arrivée dans l’appartement : il n’y a qu’une seule chambre car la seconde est une pièce minuscule avec un petit lit.
Le 4eme couchage (car prévu pour 4 personnes) est un micro matelas sale de la taille d’un enfant de 4 ans (voir photo)
La propreté est déplorable car il y a des cheveux partout sur le sol et des insectes morts (voir photos)
La piscine mis en avant dans les photos : il faut etre enregistré par « l’admin » (fermée a l’heure ou l’hôte est venue nous ouvrir la porte). Pour le lendemain, l’hôte nous dit que tout sera fermé car c’est un jour ferié (lundi 25 août ?). En descendant a la piscine, la sécurité nous dit qu’en fait c’est un jour de nettoyage de la piscine.
Le quartier est inintéressant : des centres commerciaux gigantesques uniquement.
