Pros:

Close to beach.

Cons:

The floor in front of the main door was was caving in was csusing a problem. If not fixed soon this part of the floor will collapse.

Pros:

la comodidad del lugar y el club de playa, para ser una fecha concurrida se siente muy privado, y los espacios grandes entre casas y tiny houses, tambien la casita esta muy linda y tiene todo y de todo para una estancia genial, hasta sillas de playa

Cons:

la puerta del baño no me gustó, pero nada que complique la estancia, también le falta una cortinilla a la puerta principal y un foquito afuera, por que lo tiene fundido.

The tiny home was exactly what I was looking for and did not disappoint.
Pros:

The location met our needs. Secluded from the hustle and bustle from the Malecon. It was private and peaceful. It was a great spot to enjoy our honeymoon.

Cons:

Nothing really bad. It was great it has a washer/dryer but the dryer doesn't work as well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Pros:

The location is unbeatable and the house is so perfect, practical, clean, beautifully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need. Clearly done with so much care. It is perfect for a romantic getaway! A few steps from a clean beach, 4 minutes away from a great coffee and breakfast place, 10 minute drive from the hotels and bars. Sandra was wonderful to tak to, she let us extend our stay cause we didn't want to leave, but she also gave us so much privacy and space. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Cons:

I honestly loved everything! The one thing I would say is.. that if you don't bring a vehicle to Mazatlan, it might be harder to get around from this place. The tiny house is in a beautiful area but not in walking distance to a lot of bars and crowds; if that's the vibe you are searching for, this might not be your place. But if you are looking for rest, quiet, aesthetic, romantic, exclusive but also relaxed, definitely book this tiny house !
