Les chambres spacieuses
L’emplacement

Cons:

Le personnel: les chambres ne correspondaient à la description de booking et le personnel ne nous aidait pas et ne voulait faire aucun geste.
Pas assez d’ascenseurs: on devait attendre très longtemps.
Piscine : très petite pas d’espace autour, sale et pas d’essuie
Pas d’air co pour le petit déjeuner

Pros:

Отличная гостиница, но только если вы берете верхний пент-хаус - виллу на крыше, в остальном это проездной двор на 3* для бюджетного туриста со всеми вытекающими последствиями. Только отдельный собственный бассейн и угольный BBQ и отличный номер с 2 спальными - лучшее место для семьи интровертов с 2 детьми или для 2 пар без детей. Отличные 2 мини сауны - сухая и хамам, которыми мы реально пользовались, грели детей и купались под дождем и ночью.

Cons:

Как и все объекты уже имеют следы использования 10-15 лет, но, вроде бы, все работает, мебель и отделка из хорошего дерева.

Not the same as before, but still a decent hotel in a top location. Great fir the price.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast staff and housekeeping were super friendly.

Cons:

Stayed here 5 years ago and it was not as good. The rooftop bar and restaurant was closed both days. There used to be a sauna and steam room on the top floor but I couldn't see it. Maybe it was still there but there were no staff at the bar or pool area to ask. Didnt get the warm welcome I'd expect from a hotel of this standard. No smiles from reception, but lots of smiles from all the other staff!

Looks nice from a distance but disappointing when you get closer

Quiet place and close to the beach. Fantastic views from the balcony.

Cons:

It's the second time I have stayed here, but I am very disappointed about it this time:
- The lobby was dark and no air conditioning;
- It was very noisy from repairing rooms on the floor directly above us but we were not told about this by the hotel. The noisy work would continue until 10pm some nights
- Walls and benches in the swimming pool area were dirty without towels;
- There were not too many electric outlets in the room/apartment and we couldn't use some of the ones that were there because they were blocked by the TV
- The fitted furniture in the bedrooms was poorly designed. Several drawers couldn't open because they hit the door frame or another piece of furniture.
- The listing on Booking.com said children under 13 would pay a reduced rate but when we checked in, the staff tried to charge us full price for our 10 year old child. I explained, this was not in the policy. The staff told me that they would check it and let me know, but instead of letting me know later, they told my sister who didn't book the room and didn't understand the situation. When I checked out, they tried to charge me extra again for the 10 year old. They kept my passport and wouldn't let me leave for a long time. I kept showing them the policy on Booking.com and the staff kept going away to call the manager while still keeping my passport so I couldn't leave. Finally, they admitted that the policy on Booking.com was incorrect and they need to update it so I wasn't charged extra. This should all have been dealt with at check in instead of refusing to admit the mistake and holding us hostsge at check out. Perhaps they hoped we would be rushing to catch a flight so we would have to pay the fee to get my passport back quickly but fortunately we weren't in a rush so we had time to stay and argue for justice!
