Lovely quiet, central hotel
Pros:

This is a nice property. Very quiet! Location is approx 6 mins walk from Liverpool station. The room was with a large single bed and a small tv. Perfect for a short term stay.
It had lovely thick towels and a comfy house coat. It offered your usual shampoo, conditioner, body lotions and a few added extras like ear plugs.
The iron and board are in the hallway which took me a while to find.

Cons:

Very small minor things. As it’s a quiet place there was no atmosphere.
I tried to ring down to reception but the phone wasn’t programmed and the hairdryer kept cutting out anytime the cord moved with my attempt to dry my hair but these didn’t impact my stay and I would go back

Great location, good price, lovely room.

Beautifully appointed room.

No window in room. However, it was just a place to lay my head and it was air conditioned, so it was fine.

Excellent
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well designed room, extremely comfortable bed, great shower, perfect location. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on other facilities but assume would be up to the same standard.
