Perfect location for our weekend treat trip to london. Ideally situated for the activities we had booked at the Sky Gard
Pros:

Location. Ambiance. Quality. Cleanliness. In-room facilities. Staff.

Cons:

No dislikes. Option of guests bar facility, even if only for a few hours of an evening at weekends would have been nice, or an arrangement with a local bar/pub where guests could use a voucher or similar.

Perfect location and extremely high quality and standards.
Pros:

We stayed at the weekend and it was so quiet. Didn’t see any other guests.
The room was spotless and everything had been thought of.

Cons:

We knew that the bar would be closed and that there was no breakfast at weekends but this would have made the stay a bit better.
However. Borough Market is a short walk away and there is a Tesco opposite.

superb value for money, would stay again
Pros:

Location was great. Room was spacious, super clean, lovely decor and overall fantastic value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The ONLY thing I can fault is that every time an undergound train passes the building shakes. The hotel provides earplugs and during the middle of the night when there were no trains it was fine.

Great location and beautiful room
Pros:

Fantastic location for Liverpool Street. Beautiful room. Excellent staff who were prompt in dealing with requests. Only down side is that even though I was on the third floor I could hear the underground throughout the night, Nice touch to provide ear plugs but they were not up to the job.

Cons:

Underground noise led to not a great night's sleep

Pros:

Location was decent. And fairly quiet all things considered. Staff were friendly and ready at the door. Bed was decent and very could bathroom facilities.

Cons:

The TV was really poor, difficult to get signal because it had to be just at the right angle. I don't mind an espresso machine but I like larger coffee.

Fancy and comfy!
Pros:

Rauhallinen alue viikonloppuisin, tube, ravintoloita ja ostoskeskuksia lähellä kävellen. Hotelli oli todella hieno ja henkilökunta auttoi kaikissa kysymyksissä. Huoneessa oli kylpyamme mikä oli todella luksusta.

Superb building, and location - shame about the bed!
Pros:

Location, staff and the building were great

Cons:

The mattress should have been chucked out years ago and replaced, as there was a massive dent in the middle. So I couldn't sleep all night. Obviously like most people I only realised when I went to go to bed late at night that there was an issue. So I brought it up with the gentleman on reception the following morning that I hadn't slept, hoping he would refund some of my money. But he didn't say anything apart from they would get it replaced, but I am not convinced. It was Room 6. Also someone had put an incorrect charge to my account, but Alston sorted that too.

Birthday stay
Pros:

Beautiful building. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Nice big modern bathroom with luxury Aspinal toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. Very helpful staff.
