Luxurious historic private club in the city of London
Pros:

Location was great for us - really easy to get in and out of the city area. We were able to leave our bags before we could check in and also after we checked out. The ambience of the club was really great - so much history and the room and the entrance hall were very lovely.

Cons:

It was noisy - it's built over a tube line which is runs throughout the day and much of the night time - they did supply ear plugs but wouldn't recommend this place for light sleepers!

We were in an attic room which only had a skylight - we were not told we had no windows in the room and it would have been good to know this - some people would find this very claustrophobic.
No breakfast at weekends...

Perfect location for an event in the City of London
Pros:

Good location for our visit. Friendly staff and ease of access using lift.
Central hallway impressive

Cons:

Rumble of underground sound through the building structure even on top floor. Although helpfully earplugs were provided but did not shut the rumble!

Perfect location for our weekend treat trip to london. Ideally situated for the activities we had booked at the Sky Gard

Cons:

No dislikes. Option of guests bar facility, even if only for a few hours of an evening at weekends would have been nice, or an arrangement with a local bar/pub where guests could use a voucher or similar.

Perfect location and extremely high quality and standards.
Pros:

We stayed at the weekend and it was so quiet. Didn’t see any other guests.
The room was spotless and everything had been thought of.

Cons:

We knew that the bar would be closed and that there was no breakfast at weekends but this would have made the stay a bit better.
However. Borough Market is a short walk away and there is a Tesco opposite.
