Cons:

All sockets were lose. I was given a tacky green extension board throughout my stay.
The bathroom door was consistently getting stuck as the plastic flaps on the glass had come out and no one fixed any of it even after me highlighting it to the staff


++ the housekeeping associate has entered my room without my consent while I was taking a shower invading my privacy and only left after I yelled - while the doors to the bathroom were open. Disturbing experience overall

Cons:

Arrived at 6AM got a booking confirmation from booking.com. Still got denied the booking, because it wasn't in their system. Called booking.com helpdesk after 30 minutes on hold hang up on me. Had to accept a much more expensive stay by the hotel even after showing evidence of a lower rate. Both booking.com and hotel were 100% at fault.
