Pros:

Quarto amplo e bem arejado, roupas de cama de excelente qualidade. Café da manhã bom e localização excelente. O atendimento é impecável, o check-in realizado pela funcionária Jacqueline foi super rápido, e ela foi muito prestativa e atenciosa, só tenho elogios

Localização, colaboradores prestativos e saguão de entrada muito bem cuidado. Café da manhã de qualidade.

Cons:

Banheiro necessita de reformas, ar condicionado não funcionando. Ambiente do quarto não condiz com o estatus apresentado no saguão. Estacionamento terceirizado apesar de usar o prédio do hotel.
