Good property nice stay I loved it
Good price and fairly decent for Paharganj area. But the mattresses were hard, sheets on the older side and felt uncomfortable, could not control the AC temperature, and the toilet did not flush (had to put water in a bucket and pour it down the toilet). Staff was always courteous and helpful, though, and provided a lovely welcome basket on our arrival (this was actually quite nice and thoughtful!). We stayed in this area to be close to the railway station and it was a very quick walk to the station (< 5 minutes walk).
Noisy at night and thin windows that did not fully close did not help with that. Has an opaque window over the door that lets too much light into the room at night (perhaps a curtain over the window would help).

Well we didn't stop in this hotel as the room we had booked for 3 days we didn't get and we complained about it and we was told if we are not happy then have ur money back. Which we did and found another hotel local. The staff was rude

eVERYTHING
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, close to the station and city center.
The room itself was acceptable, but the bed sheets did not feel properly clean, as there were small black and other colored particles on them. The bathroom was also below expectations.
There was a window above the door, so the room could not be fully dark, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there was almost no sound insulation and I could clearly hear noise from the next room.
Breakfast was very limited and was served in the room after about one hour, with no proper dining space.
Communication was sometimes difficult due to limited English, and when I arrived, there was some confusion about my reservation.
At check-out, I was asked to show my booking on my phone, and the staff member took my phone and attempted to leave a positive review himself, which was very uncomfortable and not appropriate.

Abbiamo prenotato ma una volta arrivati dopo essere stati ad aspettare 4 ore per far liberare le stanze ci hanno detto che la camera non era disponibile e che ci avrebbero portato in un’altra struttura.
Abbiamo chiesto di vederla prima ma era sporca e abbiamo deciso di trovare un altro posto. Questa cosa ci ha creato molto disagio perché abbiamo preso mezza giornata per colpa loro.
Non consiglio di andarci!
