Absolut zu empfehlen für einen Kurztrip!
Pros:

Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Zimmer in der 2. Etage mit Gepäck war etwas abenteuerlich, aber das ist hinnehmbar.

De kamers zijn simpel, modern en proper. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding zit zeker goed. Wij waren aangenaam verrast.

Cons:

Incheckproces liep niet zoals verwacht. Het downloaden van de app ging niet zo vlot. Ook de 'digitale sleutel' was niet ter beschikking toen we het hotel wouden binnengaan. Maar we werden wel meteen geholpen via het noodnummer dat we kregen via een eerdere mail. Dus probleem was meteen opgelost!

Clean room, good bed, OK location, no heart or soul.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the city centre, the room was very clean and the bed was pretty good. I slept well there.

Cons:

The hotel has a pretty chilly/anonymous atmosphere, as there is no staff or reception and all communication is automated except for a short general text by the owners without names or photos. The texts in the hotel are mostly in English, giving the impression that foreigners are the target group. There is no TV, only YouTube, and only instant coffee. I stay in hotels a lot for work and didn't feel welcome in this one.

Chambre ok, mais communication impersonnelle, et procédure d'accès bizarre dans le bâtiment.

Position dans la ville: central
Appartement aménagé de façon moderne, rénové

Cons:

Pas de chaines TV: le message dit que le TV peut être utilisé seulement "en streaming" avec le GSM du client; je trouve ça INACCEPTABLE. Dans un hôtel, ce qu'on veut avoir est: lit confortable, TV, eau chaude; donc pas de TV ici.
Accès dans l'hôtel (ouverture des portes) se fait seulement avec l'APP "Aero Guest"; ci ça ne marche pas, ou si vous avez un problème de GSM: vous ne pouvez pas entrer; ce système d'accès de donne pas de confiance au client.
Tous les messages échangés avec l'hôtel avant le voyage via le site Booking.com sont EN NEERLANDAIS, même si je suis un client étranger. Je ne demande pas le français, mais au moins l'ANGLAIS, langue couramment parlée en Hollande (mais apparrement pas chez Hotel Zest...).
Conclusion: malgré l'emménagement moderne de la chambre, tout l'accès et la communication ne sont pas du tout "user/client friendly".... dommage.

De locatie is top en de manier van inchecken ook. De prijs was ook goed

Cons:

Je hoort echt álles wat je buren doen. Van douchen tot praten. Ook als mensen op de gang staan. Voor 1 nacht is het oké, maar zou mensen niet aanraden om meerdere nachten te blijven.
