Superbe endroit, très calme et confortable.
Accueil chaleureux, personnel au top !
J’y ai passé 5 jours formidables, un vrai moment de détente.
Un grand merci à Smail, l’agent d’accueil, ainsi qu’à tout le personnel, pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Une adresse que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme, le confort et un service irréprochable.

Pros:

This boutique hotel met all our expectations. We stayed for about 2 weeks + here and it was a pleasant and interesting stay. The facility is very clean and well-kept. Staff are cheerful and very helpful. Despite not a French speaker, we were able to communicate well with the staff, a few of them communicate in english well. Quiet stay, location is perfect.

This is a place we will definitely be staying again when in Abidjan.

Cons:

Breakfast like everyone stated could be worked on to accommodate more options.

Cadre agréable et propice à la détente
Pros:

Le cadre. Très souvent dans les hôtels nous n avons pas de verdure et de terrasses incorporées. Cela permet de se détendre dans un cadre très convivial, rajoute au piano bar et surtout le personnel très très aimable, disponible, franchement je recommanderai cet Hôtel et j y reviendrai avec plaisir. Ce sera dorénavant mon point de chute à Abidjan.

Cons:

Pour les dames, en sus de la partie massage et autre,avoir sur place un service pour pedicure et manucure

Cons:

le personnel : la sécurité m'a demandé un tips à plusieurs reprises. Et je me suis faite "agressée" un agent qui devait m'aider à garer?. cependant, un membre de l'accueil a fait en sorte que j'ai des excuses et a pris mon problème au serieux; j'ai beaucoup apprécié

Excellent hotel, les tarifs et quantités des plats du restaurant sont à revoir!

Tout est super, le confort, le personnel, la propreté!

Cons:

L’hotel est excellent et tres agréable mon seul commentaire est en lien avec la nourriture que je trouve bonne mais excessivement chère pour les quantités qui sont servies. Deux petits morceau de filet de boeuf pour 35 000 fcfa, c’est trop!! il a fallut a la fin de mon sejour que j’ailles acheter à manger ailleurs pour pouvoir me nourrir correctement.
