Pros:

I booked FabExpress Sai Loading near Nashik Railway Station on 15th Aug 2025. The hotel demanded 20% advance payment. Later, they cancelled my booking over a call without giving any valid reason. Despite repeated follow-ups, executive Pawas Sharma has not refunded my money.

This seems like a scam with tourists. Request Booking.com to take strict action and ensure my refund.

Unsafe and disappointing

Old uncle, who was very nice and helpful, else everyone was not at all helpful and rude too.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a FabExpress property, and I trusted the brand to provide safe, family-friendly stays. However, my experience was deeply disappointing.

This place is not suitable for families. Late at night, there were suspicious activities — with different men and women frequently coming and going. The environment felt more like a lodging house being misused than a proper hotel. It did not feel safe, especially for women or families.

It’s shocking that FabExpress would associate with or promote such properties. I have lost trust in FabExpress after this experience.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families, solo female travelers, or anyone looking for a clean and secure stay.

Pros:

Nice budget hotel with good hygiene standards. The room was small but well-utilized. Staff was friendly, just wish the towels were replaced more promptly.

Cons:

Hotel was not able to find my booking.it took a while after making multiple phone call. Location was very scary, they closed all access to go out side after 10:30.I was wondering whole night , what will happenend in case of an emergency. Staff was sleeping in front of the elevator. Very old and teared towel was provided.

Booking.com is looting and fooling their customers.
Pros:

The blame goes to booking.com who are taking undue advantages of people trusting in booking.com. Is booking.com following its standard and complianc by partnering with such agents. Such properties should be posted on this site.

Cons:

While booking all amenties were listed but in actual there were no towels, dirty bedsheets, no coats which one shown in pics. Room floor were dirty and no hotwater in the night. Horriable
