Cons:

Food was passable but not up to scratch for a luxury offering as well as the pricing being very high.

Facilities were sparse with just the single pool and no gym. Maintenance of the grounds could also have been better with outdoor equipment not in fantastic condition as well as there being cleaning equipment left out in the open. Outdoor furniture also was budget and didnt have a lux feel.

No pool side service.

Bed was extremely hard although I didnt get a back ache from it.

Il personale è davvero disponibile, preparato ed efficiente: al livello di una struttura a cinque stelle. Anche la camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e con una vista stupenda.

Cons:

Tuttavia, la struttura nel suo complesso necessiterebbe di maggiore manutenzione (macchie di umido presenti sui muri e sui divani della hall). Allo stesso modo, i servizi disponibili per gli ospiti sono, a mio avviso, insufficienti per un hotel del livello e con i prezzi dell'Iraph Sui: penso, ad esempio, alla mancanza di un servizio navetta per l'isola di Miyako o al servizio di noleggio delle bici a pagamento (e non incluso nel prezzo come ci si aspetterebbe.

Exactly the relaxing luxury getaway that we needed, the staff were exceptional.
