Pros:

I stayed in this property for two nights for a decent price. The owner is very hospitable and was always available for anything. The apartment was clean and tidy. The advantage is the proximity to the airport. I sincerely recommend it to everyone staying in Rome.

a good end to a tiring day travelling from Florance to Roma.ra

I arrivied in darkness and left early 5am for airport so I could not see location. The building its self looked good and inside was fabulous with impressive marble grand staircase plus marbled floors continued in to room. bed very comfortable and so y
too the bathroom.

Cons:

because of my journey delays in getting to the 'Hotel' it was 8pm nobody was at the building to greet me. and it was only that other guests arrivied at 8.45pm that I met Antino and he did explain that he tried 3 sepetate times calling me but he used WhatsAp which I do not. He made me very welcome and ordered the taxi for 5am next morning. I did feel sad that I could not stay longer. I would book again if I travel to Italy again.

Pros:

I did not like this property.

Cons:

The bathroom was really filthy. Scum buildup on the bathtub, the whit shower curtain had pink discoloration (mold?)- very dirty. Living space was not comfortable, patio was closed off on the other side of the kitchen . We were told specifically not to use the kitchen, as we did not rent the kitchen. No water or cups available. Stores were not close by.

Pros:

It was only a 10 minute taxi from the airport and there was a nice local restaurant that was only a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when I was trying to figure out taxis and called one for us. The management was great and we were grateful to have such accessible help! However, the shared unit did smell of smoke and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Honestly, the only reason I docked points was because the smell in the apartment made it feel dirty
