Quiet stay not far away from Vilsack base.
Pros:

There are near by grocery stores, restaurants & bakery.Easy parking, plenty parking spots available. It was quite didn’t hear others. The property owner provide washing machine products, such as detergent. Everything you need for kitchen supply was available plenty dishes.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable which is for me the most important thing I need a good sleep. Dish soap was missing other than that. Everything you need it was there.

Very disappointed no customer service and no internet access.

Cons:

I didn't like the service provided. This was one of the worst customer services I've received since using booking.com. It stated the night of check in. On arrival I had to contact the host in order to get instructions on how to get into the apartment. I tried calling but only got voice mail recording and never got an answer back. I messaged them through the booking app and after several messages they first wrote to back saying that instructions should've been given to me in the check in instructions which I never received. So instead of sending me the check-in instructions they sent me the access code. It was embarrassing because I ended up waking the neighbor probably scared them to death because I was trying to get into her apartment. Then I had to ask for the WiFi password because there isn't a guest book with any of the information needed to know about the apartment. I didn't not know that there wasn't a reception on site. I just saw that the check in hours was from 1500-0000 so I assumed someone would be present on arrival. I was never informed that this was a self-check in location. I didn't get internet access until Saturday evening when after my second message asking them for the password finally got answered. I had to request several times for an invoice before it was finally sent. Since this was a business there is a short deadline to get trip vouchers quickly as possible for compensation. I feel i should get some compensation from the inconvenience rendered us. This apartment is right on the street side and traffic is a constant all through the night so it's not a quiet apartment.
