Bella struttura, personale gentile e disponibile, bella anche la posizione.

Pros:

Accogliente, gentile e disponibilissimo sia lo staff sia la direzione! Grazie per il vostro lavoro. Comoda la formula B&B , puoi fermarsi a mangiare presso la struttura quando vuoi te. Cucina ottima, non c’è niente da reclamare. Pulito e organizzato con molta cura. La navetta per il mare, la piscina e l’animazione della struttura un altra stella da aggiungere! Insomma vorrei ringraziare tutti, un ringraziamento speciale agli animatori e animatrice , hanno fatto vivere una vacanza divertente e spensierata!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, nel centro di San Teodoro ma fuori dalla confusione. Ottimo staff, ottimi i servizi...servizio navetta che ti accompagna all' ombrellone che hai sulla cinta ( una delle spiagge più belle) . Piscina e animazione. Stendino a disposizione per far asciugare la biancheria.

Piccoli dettagli da gestire in maniera migliore come le prenotazioni degli ombrelloni, lo scarco della merce alle 5 di mattina… poca fantasia nell’assortimento della colazione, navetta da rottamare

It was really comfortable Hotel. It’s a good worth for value. The room was on the first floor, a perfect size, was provided with safe, all utility to dry clothes. The bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

The front door was a little bit old. Actually it is not so important, but early in the morning you could hear people talking in the hallway.

I really don’t know where to start
Firstly wasn’t informed they was an extra 7 euros per person to stay for use of the bus and pool nowhere did it say in the booking or advertisement, the reception said if we don’t pay we cannot check in I was furious felt like blackmail
It was either I pay or be homeless I was so exhausted I payed 210 euros cash, the receptionists were so god damn rude and unhelpful
I put a complaint to booking and received this money back however if I had my way I would want a full refund for modelling and false advertisements
The room was very small lots of outdated furniture, not a 4 star more like 2 star when we first got in the property they was and on the sheets and it was not cleaned properly
The sockets did not work and had to get them repaired and the shower broke
Food was average staff at the bar and restaurant weee lovely

The single bed had the springs coming through I asked them to change mattress and they didn’t my 13 year old was very uncomfortable

The property had a leak in the hall way and ceiling was very damp they had to repair this

They is no WiFi in the rooms you need to go to communal areas to access this

Very overpriced property defo needs changing from four star this is misleading and encourage and plead with others to think again before booking I had a horrible experience and it ruined my holiday

Absolutely amazing and highly recommended.
Pros:

It is such a beautiful hotel with great facilities, exceptionally clean, amazing location and on top of it all, respectful, helpful, friendly and warm staff. I would definitely recommend this place for both groups of friends and also families with kids, as the animation team every night organizes events suitable both for kids and adults. Best experience in San Teodoro.
