Pros:

this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. I know the times were wrong on hotels.com.

Booked sea view balcony room on arrival it wasn’t available so given a rubbish room facing a dusty road. Managers had other appropriate rooms on Hotel com but said none available

Zagotovljeno je varno parkirišče, apartma je bil čist in dobro vzdrževan. Lokacija dobra, pes 20 minut do centra, v bližini dobre restavracije in trgovina.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious condo with 3 bedrooms for accommodating our big family. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The host was great and very hospitable. Very pleased.

Good apartman
Pros:

We were in a well-equipped, clean, comfortable ground floor apartment. The owners are relaxed and helpful, and there is private camera-monitored parking for guests in the closed courtyard. The view is nice and it is quiet..

Cons:

Parking is provided, but they parked not only in the designated parking spaces, but everywhere in the yard! If they parked in front of the coachman, you could look for who parked there! So, if you want to travel by car every day, parking will be difficult. But as I saw, it was the same in other apartments.

Cons:

Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się że nasz pokój został wynajęty komuś innemu. Obiekt nie poinformował nas o tym wcześniej. Nie odbierali telefonu ani nie odpisywali na wiadomości. O 23 zostaliśmy bez noclegu z dwójką małych dzieci. Cała Saranda była zarezerwowana, musieliśmy odjechać godzinę drogi aby znaleźć jakikolwiek nocleg. Pani zarządzająca obiektem VILA ALVIN totalnie nas zignorowała, w ogóle nie pomogła rozwiązać problemu. TOTALNIE NIE POLECAM!!!

Pros:

Os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestáveis. Um amigo do meu grupo cortou-se e um funcionário levou-o ao hospital público de mota e trouxe-o de volta ao hotel. À volta do hotel existem muitos restaurantes bons, cafés e supermercados. A distância do porto é cerca de 20 min a pé sempre a direito.

Cons:

Não houve serviço em nenhuma das 5 noites que ficámos. Não houve troca de toalhas e estava sempre a faltar papel higiénico. Alugamos 4 apartamentos e quando chegamos colocaram-nos apenas em 2 apartamentos. O que quer dizer que 3 famílias tiveram de partilhar um apartamento. No 3° dia disponibilizaram mais um apartamento para evitar que pessoas tivessem de dormir na sala. No penúltimo dia obrigaram-nos a sair do apartamento grande e disponibilizaram 2 pequenos. O que quer dizer que nos deram um trabalhão a mudar constantemente as coisas de sítio. No fim fizeram um desconto de 160€ que não compensou de todo o desconforto causado. Além disso, o estacionamento é pequeno e estamos sempre a ficar bloqueados por outros carros. Mas é relativamente fácil estacionar na rua. A praia mais perto é privada e não há espaço na areia. O trânsito para sair de Sarande é péssimo, aumenta sempre 30 min a qualquer trajeto.

Pros:

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet appartements ! Tout était impeccable — l’appartement était extrêmement propre, bien équipé et offrait tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour confortable. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, la terrasse était agréable pour prendre le café le matin ou se détendre le soir, et la machine à laver était un vrai plus pendant un séjour plus long. Tout était vraiment au top et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
