“A glimpse of Bali” without the crowd!
Pros:

They’re giving you the “Bali Vibes” the moment you step into their lobby. Everyone is so warm and friendly. The family room is by far the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast is a feast! The peacocks are so beautiful too. Beach is clean and calm.

Pro tip:
1. dinner at the beach!
2. Stay min. 4 days and 3 nights for the experience

Cons:

It’s something for future improvement.

1. Access is king. Please make sure that the road access will be great in the future. I’ve promised the staff there to come back ;)

2. Don’t let guests with Pj’s coming to the breakfast room.

3. I will never forget when I saw hotel guest open their store bought beer to the pool and open it with the pool side lamp. So pathetic! And the security was standing hopeless, probably afraid to speak up.

4. The hotel should have their own mini market. No gojek or taxi available around the hotel when we need something like in my case, a diaper for my child or a snack.

Excellent Resort
Pros:

Staff at hotel provided excellent service from the moment we check in till check out. The Front Office and F&B staff provided excellent service. Mr Kadek (Way Manom Restaurant) and Mr Hendrik ( Concierge) arrange our Island Hopping Tour. Ms Novi (Spa) provided very good service to my wife.

Very good choice selection provided for Breakfast. Overall you don't need to venture outside for food. They also have snorkeling / feeding sharks at hotel jetty and a Bird Aviary beside the hotel.
A very good choice for family to stay at this resort.

You need to depart a bit early if your flight is in the morning due to heavy traffic down town.

we love how the resort is just in front of the beach but unfortunately the beach is not that decent for swimming. But we had loads of fun doing the snorkeling and watching the baby sharks being fed. And the aviary is another top attraction too. The room is not as spacious as we thought compared to the price.

Such a lovely, relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

Wonderful location with first class facilities. Resort was spotless, staff so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our 3 days here.

Cons:

By taxi from the airport you have to go through the centre of Bandar Lampung - crazy slow during peak times. Allow well over an hour for transfers.

Beutiful resort to spend time in Lampung, a rather oasis than flying to Bali.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, good customer service. Beautiful and memorable resort and swimming pool water is almost like fresh water with no chlorine. Bed is comfortable. We dine at Hara for breakfast, dinner and the foods are delicious. Walk a bit further to the snorkelling spots and you can hand feed the endangered bird species. Snorkelling spots are frequented by lots of beautiful reef fishes and baby sharks.

Cons:

Drop off and pick up at the lobby could be improved to cater for busy check in or check out when people are loading and unloading. Allowing more comfortable parking spaces. We have 17 people and 4 cars when departing the hotel and unfortunately we are blocking the traffic for a while. I booked 7 rooms during our stay for one night, and Marriott only honouring 3 nights worth of membership points.
