Buen hotel
Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle que estaba en obras que se escuchaba mucho en la habitación. La habitación muy escasa de espacio.

Efficienza e cortesia staff, piccolo problema risolto da un professionale ed affidabile direttore in tempo reale con cambio camera
Colazione varia e di buon livello
Posizione comodissima per visita alla città

Cons:

Miglioramenti suggeriti: a colazione posizionamento banco cornetti etc in vano a destra dell'ingresso ove sono oggi situati due tavolini ad evitare difficoltà di prelievo e scelta.
In camera dotazione secondo appoggio trolley: tutti hanno almeno 2 trolleys da posizionare.

One night and enough.
Pros:

City center location and price.

Cons:

The hotel is located in the city center on a busy street, and the windows are not soundproof. As a result, my stay was quite noisy, and I didn’t get much sleep due to constant traffic.

La ubicación muy céntrica, al lado de via Etnea. A 15min andando de la estación central. Personal amable. La habitación estaba bastante bien y limpia. Desayuno incluído. Había neverita.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba bien aislada y se escuchaba muchísimo ruido de la calle, gritos, coches, motos, obras...imposible dormir sin auriculares con cancelación de ruido + ruido blanco. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas.
