A lovely boutique hotel for spending my birthday spoiled!
Pros:

The room was cozy and quirky and very central to the heart of Altea. The staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the upper deck with a small kitchenette

Cons:

No negatives at all, although there’s no parking there is a public car park a quick walk away.

Todo está limpio y bien organizado, las habitaciones son amplias y todo está muy bien restaurado.

Not cheap and not a lot for your money. Very poor, soft mattress meant not a good nights sleep.
Pros:

Received a WhatsApp mid morning to say our room was ready and we could have it right away. Very welcome. The reception staff were lovely. Characterful building with a terrace for guests use.

Cons:

Not really a hotel, more rooms with part time reception. No bar or other facilities. Tea and coffee: two tea bags both weird flavours. A Nespresso machine with different colours but nothing to say what flavours they were. No instructions how to use it.
The worst thing was the bed, a very soft foam mattress. I woke up with a bad back.

Vackert hus med tilltalande inredning. Härlig terrass. Kylskåp på rummet. Nytt vatten och kaffe varje dag. Charmerande receptions- och städpersonal. Skön säng.

Cons:

Rummet lite för litet att vistas i. Inga förvaringsmöjligheter.
