A Really Nice Place to Stay in a Very Central Location.
Pros:

This was a lovley place to stay. contacted immediately reservation was made. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely outsdide balcony for anyoe to use, which was very pleasant to relax and have a drink etc.
There is a very large free car park about a five min walk away, although not on Tuesdays or Saturdays due a market there.
A very central location being close to the very interesting old town. Definitely worth the climb for the fantastic views and seeing interesting historical buildings. It was also only a very short walk down to the beachfront, where you could walk for quite a way along the coast. Highly reccommeded and would stay again.

Cons:

All really good but the bathroom door would benefit from a stip of matching wood,, down each side of the door frame and attached to the wall, to fill the large gap either side, when sliding the door across. Lacked a bit of privacy due to the gap.
Also some instructions as to using the coffeee machine would have been helpful, especially if like us you had not used a coffee machine before. Not sure if done correctely but we boiled the small kettel that seemed to be part of everything and then filled the container at the back with this boiled water. It was trial and error puttig the coffee capsule in but eventually discovered it needed to go in sideways, instead of upright fitting the hole. Managed it in the end. : - )

Limpísimo. Camas cómodas y decoración con gusto. Acomodaron todas nuestras peticiones. Nosotras nos quedamos en marzo. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

Pros:

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were very friendly and a room was made available for us to check in early. Great location, easy to walk to everything. Would definitely recommend stay again. And really recommend eating in family run restaurant Quel Quie Quieres, best meal we've had in years and lovely people running it

Cons:

Wouldn't change a thing! It's fabulous!

Clean property, well located but a good nights sleep is not guaranteed.
Pros:

Property was clean and well kept, the staff although only available in the afternoon where friendly. Location is very central to Altea.

Cons:

Woken up at 4am by hotel guests, talking loudly and drinking. The building is old and there is little soundproofing. Bathroom has a sliding door and is not very private. With no staff available in the morning at the reception problems can’t be addressed.

Pros:

Ein Haus mit Geschichte, mit Geschmack restauriert. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Schönes Entrée mit bequemem Sofa.
Sauberes Zimmer, Kaffe/Tee/Wasser zur kostenlosen Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein, es gab keine Möglichkeit zum Schreiben, auch im Foyer gab es keinen Tisch.
Die Temperatur im Zimmer war zu niedrig, um sich darin aufzuhalten. Ein bequemer Sessel fehlte.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, great location - I will return and recommend unreservedly!
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic - beautiful , well sized rooms with a safe, fridge, great bathroom, very comfortable bed with crisp and fresh linen and two different sized pillows for comfort. Toiletries provided - show gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion - great quality. Housekeeping service daily and superb

The receptionist was wonderful - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loved the WhatsApp communication prior, during and after our stay - so personal and accessible.

The hotel had an outside terrace to sit and get some sun, have your coffee (provided via an espresso machine in each room) and meet with your friends.

Wonderful location, wonderful hotel, I will definitely be returning.

Cons:

N/A - there wasn’t anything I could fault.
