Important information:

The payment of your reservation is made in the property’s local currency (quetzales). The displayed amount in the currency you choose is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time the booking was confirmed.

When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. The free pool pass is only valid if someone reserves nights in, April, May, June, August, September and October. It doesn't apply, on high season or Holidays.


In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

더블 침대 두개, 전에 예약한 방 대비 크기는 짐을 펼쳐놔도 괜찮을 정도로 괜찮고, 깨끗, 친절, 중앙광장이랑 가까움.
여기도 소음 차단은 하나도 안되고 창문으로 뭐가 보이진 않지만, 침대도 편하고 숙소가 이뻐서 괜찮은거 같아요

Cons:

밤 10시~아침 7시는 조용하라고 붙어있지만, 강조가 잘 안되기도 하고 잘 안지켜집니다. 근처 방에서 밤에도 새벽에도 떠드는 소리가 다 들렸어요.

방음이 하나도 안됩니다

Nice place to stay if you are looking to be close to the city center and other attractions.
Pros:

It was a nice property and well taken care of and lovely decor in the social areas. The rooms could’ve been a little more update especially for the price to stay. Breakfast was nice but was an additional cost. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated a bit or maybe it was the room I was placed in.

Pros:

Great location, easy to find and navigate. Basic but comfortable.

Cons:

Limited amenities. Our room didn’t have any windows, quite dark and musty. Basic but fine for a short trip.

It was nice, clean, and great location.
Pros:

The location was nice and in a quiet area.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and the noises outside of the room made it difficult to get some rest.
Quiet time was between 10pm and 7am, however, it was hard to sleep in after that, because of the loud noises from outside coming from other guests and cleaning crew.

Perhaps a room on the top floor far from the common area would have been better.

It's very expensive for the service they provide.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to the amenities. The bed was comfy. The view of the terrace was pretty.

Cons:

First the bathroom is very small, hard to use it, also was so stinky no ventilation. There were some roaches walking by the bathroom sink and by one of the beds. The T.V. was unable to use. The staff did not provide us second remote. It was very noise, they do not provide praking information. Breakfast is not in the hotel. Not a/c
