The payment of your reservation is made in the property’s local currency (quetzales). The displayed amount in the currency you choose is indicative and based on the exchange rate at the time the booking was confirmed.

When reserving 3 nights you get a free 1 day pool pass per person, if you reserve 5 or more nights you get 2 (two) 1 day pool passes per person. The free pool pass is only valid if someone reserves nights in, April, May, June, August, September and October. It doesn't apply, on high season or Holidays.


In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice place to stay if you are looking to be close to the city center and other attractions.
Pros:

It was a nice property and well taken care of and lovely decor in the social areas. The rooms could’ve been a little more update especially for the price to stay. Breakfast was nice but was an additional cost. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated a bit or maybe it was the room I was placed in.

Pros:

Great location, easy to find and navigate. Basic but comfortable.

Limited amenities. Our room didn’t have any windows, quite dark and musty. Basic but fine for a short trip.

It was nice, clean, and great location.
Pros:

The location was nice and in a quiet area.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and the noises outside of the room made it difficult to get some rest.
Quiet time was between 10pm and 7am, however, it was hard to sleep in after that, because of the loud noises from outside coming from other guests and cleaning crew.

Perhaps a room on the top floor far from the common area would have been better.

ארוחת בקר מצוינת במסעדה מחוץ למלן - אוכל נפלא! ושווה מאד להגיע בכל בקר (ארוחת בקר שווה הליכה קצרה!)
אוירה של ימים שהיו - והנאה מלאה מן החוויה בעיר העתיקה

בדף המלון בארת בקינג מניה פרטית - אבל אין לו.

למזלנו מצאנו חניה (בתשלים זעיר מאד) על הכביש ממש קרוב למלון במקום שמותר לחנות
החדר שהזמנו קטנטן אל שירת אותנו בנוחות נירבית ! הסתדרנו ושמצאנו ביקום אוירה נהדרת..

It's very expensive for the service they provide.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to the amenities. The bed was comfy. The view of the terrace was pretty.

Cons:

First the bathroom is very small, hard to use it, also was so stinky no ventilation. There were some roaches walking by the bathroom sink and by one of the beds. The T.V. was unable to use. The staff did not provide us second remote. It was very noise, they do not provide praking information. Breakfast is not in the hotel. Not a/c

Pros:

Fantastic location and such a beautiful place with the most gorgeous courtyard. The guests are super lovely too so it’s nice to sit and chat with people.

The room was a little small but that’s completely fine, it was very clean regardless.

Cuando realice la reserva, decia que incluia desayuno, pero al llegar me dijeron que no tenia ese servicio y solo me dieron un cupon de descuento para el segundo desayuno a mitad de precio en un comercio afiliado a ellos. Yo iba sola y ese "oferta" no me servia de nada. La habitacion es muy pequeña y el baño es mas pequeño, muy incomodo para las piernas de una persona alta y uo no soy tan alta. En la habitacion se escuchaban los ronquidos del huesped de la par y era bien molesto. A la mañana siguiente, escuchaba todo el ruido de las personas de limpieza moviendo sillas y mesas de las areas de uso comunal, lo que me hizo mejor despertarme antes de lo previsto.
