Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that both valid credit and debit cards are accepted by the hotel.
Please note that from 1 June 2014, all bookings are subjected to a MYR 2 Heritage Tax per room per day.

Please note that the property will have no electricity supply on August 1, 2024, from 09:00 to 17:00 due to Tenaga National maintenance work.

Please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 28th April 2025.

The hotel will remain fully operational during this period. We have taken proactive measures to ensure minimal disruption and maintain all our guests' comfort and convenience.

The stay is enjoyable, worth the money spent.
Pros:

Room is spacious, easy to solat jamaah. Room is lit up sufficiently. Tablet got mirror for make up also.

Breakfast is commendable. Eventhough limited but delicious.
The restaurant is pleasant, Lot of seats available.

Only 2 km to masjid seberang jaya, masjid Al-muhajirin anda masjid sembilang.

Shopping - Sunway carnival, Megamall Pinang, Mydin.
All within 3 km.

Cons:

Nil swimming pool.
If there is One, sure it is winnable advantage.

Electrical shop next door. Good bargain available
Pros:

The room fronting the road has a good view. Early morning can hear cars and bike zooming across. No need to use alarm clock.
