the location strategic

Cons:

The walls are messy, the paint is peeling and the colors are not bright, making the room gloomy.
maybe the wardrobe facilities could be improved, additional trash cans in front.. the bathroom has no place to hang clothes.. the bathroom door is broken and cannot be locked.. the fan also doesn't work.

Overall okay je asalkan boleh tido atas katil & aircond berfungsi.
Pros:

Kalau pergi kluang memang hotel ni jadi pilihan sebab betul betul dekat mall. Parking senang & murah. Keluar je pintu hotel terus mall. Staff nama Yana sangat baik & very helpful.

Cons:

This time dapat bilik yang kurang menarik sebab dkt tingkat atas & kena daki tangga. Bawa bag besar agak inconvenient. Bilik perlu di ubah suai lagi with new equipment. Tv pun tak boleh buka , no signal. Line wifi pun agak slow.

I did not stay at the property as before checking in unable to find parking - there was Ramadhan bazaar being set up right in front of the hotel.
