Safe place
The unit we occupy was boring television has no signal. Maintenance of the building came to fixed but can’t do it because of no cable connected
The host so responsive and nice.
The unit is clean but bathroom is outdated. I dont get it 99% of the condos that ive stayed in Cebu is always wet. No shower curtain at all and that makes the whole bathroom wet including the toilet bowl and bathroom floor.
The location is very good. The unit is clean. The place is very safe. Nice staff. You can easily book a ride with grab or maxim. Walking distance to IT park.
The exhaust fan needs to be checked. A bit noisy. There is no shower curtain. Towels are old, need to be changed. I hope the unit owner can upgrade the unit.

Motel was good, staff were great
Furniture in the room was not appropriate, 3 seater lounge in a small apartment takes to much room, squeeze around the bed. Annoying.
Owner is very responsive, he quickly organized installation of water heater and provided additional curtains we asked for. Helped us with luggage, showed us around the neighborhood and taught us how to cash out from GCash. Apartment was quite clean, with a big TV and conditioner. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the minutes walk from the condo, plus a rooftop dining in the 40-story building by the condo's pool.
There was a disgusting smell of cooking on the floor outside the apartment, supposedly from other flats. Also, it sounded like there were a lot of dogs on that floor as they barked day and night. Besides, in front of the window some construction work was going on almost every evening.
The place is accomodating and it's near the IT park

The cleanliness of the unit is superb, and the host is very accommodating, he even let us checked in earlier. It is accessible to all: restaurants, malls and transportations. The unit itself is cozy, it feels like home away from home ☺️
The location is good. It’s a walking distance to IT park. We we’re not able to locate the condo immediately coz we missed to read the extact address in the email the host was very patient to help us on the phone. And we came very late at around 12 midnight.
Might helped if you can write the exact location of the condo in the booking.com. There were a heap of emails sent by booking.com and we missed the exact location.

Lacking for proper air ventilation. Smell of the cook food will evaporate.
