Pros:

La posizione, centralissima. Non abbiamo dovuto mai prendere un mezzo di trasporto per spostarci all'interno della città.

Cons:

Un po' rumoroso la notte dovuto al fatto che è molto vicino a locali e ristoranti. Per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli potrebbe essere un problema. Per la nostra alla fine non lo è stato

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Appartamento bellissimo nel cuore di Valencia, situato nel caratteristico barrio del Carmen. L’arredamento è curato, moderno e accogliente. Pulito e molto confortevole, perfetto sia per un breve soggiorno che per una permanenza più lunga. La posizione centrale permette di esplorare facilmente la città a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Supper convenient and comfortable for families
Pros:

The apartment is really in the centre of the city. It is six-seven minutes walking from most things you would need to see in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment can't be reached by a car or a taxi. The street looks a bit shabby on google street view, but in reality it is OK and it feels safe. It is quiet. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with big beds and the kitchen is well equipped (although we only needed coffee maker - there is a moka pot). There is a funny bar on the street across the apartment.

Cons:

The apartment needs a bit of a paint. That's all. That's why I gave four stars for comfort - the ambiance is hurt by the scratches on the walls.

appartamento pulito e comodo in pieno centro; il bagno andrebbe sistemato è un pò vecchio

Cons:

BAGNO CON LAVANDINO CHE SI MUOVEVA...un po rumorosa essendo al piano terra passava il camion per prendere spazzatura nei secchioni e sembrava stesse dentro casa

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

L'appartamento e' a 5 minuti dal centro. e' molto spazioso e pulito ed anche bene arredato.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e pensiamo di ritornarci a settembre.
