Un buen alojamiento, el trato no tanto.
Pros:

El alojamiento contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo durante unas vacaciones, incluso largas. El aislamiento sonoro entre plantas es muy bueno, los vecinos no molestan en absoluto.

Cons:

Por un lado, se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle, especialmente durante las noches del fin de semana. Pero sobre todo, la comunicación con el personal ha llegado a ser incluso desagradable. Las opciones de alojamiento que se detallaban en Booking difieren de la política de reserva del propietario. Eso nos hizo pagar por un apartamento más tras un cambio de planes de ciertas personas del grupo, a pesar de que Booking diese la opción de cancelar gratuitamente. En un inicio, cogimos este alojamiento porque necesitábamos esa flexibilidad y acabamos pagando por ese mal funcionamiento entre el alojamiento y la plataforma. Este alojamiento no se hizo responsable ni por un momento de este malentendido, ni nos ofreció ninguna alternativa. Además, encontramos una cucaracha en el hall.

Ottima posizione, casa pulita. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo

Proprietari assenti, check in online e nessuna disponibilità ad anticiparlo anche solo di mezz ora
Assenza di bidet
Phon senza beccuccio e scomodo da utilizzare poichè bisogna tenere sempre premuto il pulsante per tenerlo attivo

Fantastisch verblijf, grote kamers, midden in centrum en schoon.
Pros:

Wij waren hier met maarliefst 17 meiden verdeeld over 3 appartementen. Het is groot, schoon en de locatie is perfect. Ik kan er niet meer van maken dan dat het een fantastisch verblijf was! Ik raad het iedereen aan en zou zelfs terug komen.

Cons:

Doordat je midden in het centrum zit moet je wel letten op geluid. Wij waren met 17 personen, dus dan moet extra goed letten op je geluidsniveau.

Ottimo ma potrebbe migliorare molte cose.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone. Ottima struttura, dotata di ascensore, stanze ampie e luminose, a disposizione molte prese elettriche. Posizione ottimale e strategica per poter visitare il centro di Valencia.

Cons:

Considerando il numero di persone, c’era poca carta igienica, kit di cortesia da bagno non sufficiente per tutte e per tutti i giorni, considerando che mancava anche il sapone per le mani. Il phon in dotazione non aveva né il beccuccio né il diffusore. Mancava anche un bicchiere per poter poggiare gli spazzolini in bagno. Nel frigo non era offerta neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Orario di check-in non modificabile, consiglierei più flessibilità per un’organizzazione ottimale, considerando che non si possono neanche lasciare i bagagli.

Voor zowel stellen als gezinnen een ideaal verblijf als je ruimte, hygiene en locatie waardeerd
Pros:

Het was boven onze verwachting qua ruimte, onze jongste dochter had een bed groter dan ons bed thuis. Het is een schoon en modern appartement. De Locatie is in het oude gedeelte van de stad Valencia en is ideaal om lopend alles te bereiken. Wij komen graag weer terug.

Cons:

Als er dan 1 klein puntje van kritiek zou moeten komen... en dit gaat echt om niks, maar zou dat er in de slaapkamers een klein nachtlampje zou kunnen zijn ipv het grote licht. Verder dan dit is er daar ons niks op aan te merken.
