Consigliato! Qualche accorgimento per rendere il soggiorno ancora più accogliente

Posizione molto centrale, pulito abbastanza usurato con pareti eccessivamente sporche

Ottimo ma potrebbe migliorare molte cose.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone. Ottima struttura, dotata di ascensore, stanze ampie e luminose, a disposizione molte prese elettriche. Posizione ottimale e strategica per poter visitare il centro di Valencia.

Cons:

Considerando il numero di persone, c’era poca carta igienica, kit di cortesia da bagno non sufficiente per tutte e per tutti i giorni, considerando che mancava anche il sapone per le mani. Il phon in dotazione non aveva né il beccuccio né il diffusore. Mancava anche un bicchiere per poter poggiare gli spazzolini in bagno. Nel frigo non era offerta neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Orario di check-in non modificabile, consiglierei più flessibilità per un’organizzazione ottimale, considerando che non si possono neanche lasciare i bagagli.

Voor zowel stellen als gezinnen een ideaal verblijf als je ruimte, hygiene en locatie waardeerd
Pros:

Het was boven onze verwachting qua ruimte, onze jongste dochter had een bed groter dan ons bed thuis. Het is een schoon en modern appartement. De Locatie is in het oude gedeelte van de stad Valencia en is ideaal om lopend alles te bereiken. Wij komen graag weer terug.

Cons:

Als er dan 1 klein puntje van kritiek zou moeten komen... en dit gaat echt om niks, maar zou dat er in de slaapkamers een klein nachtlampje zou kunnen zijn ipv het grote licht. Verder dan dit is er daar ons niks op aan te merken.

Struttura accogliente e ben servita.
Bagno molto ampio seppur privo di bidet e mobile dove appoggiare i vari accessori.
Letto matrimoniale comodissimo.

La posizione della casa è ottimale: in centro.
La casa molto bella e con tutti i confort: lavatrice con asciugatrice, moka, microonde, phon.
I letti li abbiamo trovati molto comodi.

Perfect place
Pros:

The apartment is in a super convenient location, right in the center. There were all the amenities in the apartment, and we liked everything. Maybe the only small downside was that it could have been a bit cleaner, as I found some hair left behind, but otherwise everything was great.

The cleaning was not done perfectly. I found some hair, which was not very pleasant.

El sitio donde se encuentran los apartamentos es inmejorable . Muy centrico

Cons:

Que no hay sitio para dejar las maletas en espera desde que sales hasta la hora de tu viaje, tambien le falta algun espejo. Solo hay en el baño

Pros:

Estaba todo muy bien, muy limpio y todo lo necesario

Cons:

Lo unico que es un poco incomodo, es la restriccion que hay de movilidad por la zona, por lo que se debe parquear lejos y caminar para llegar

Nice apartment in the city centre
Pros:

Great location in the city center.
Spacious apartment.
Easy check in process.
Air condition is a bit loud, but it heats the space quite quickly.

Cons:

The biggest issue is that this is a ground level apartment with people in the street passing by the window. And even worse, there are garbage containers just in front of the window so you cannot really let some fresh air or sun into the apartment.
