Great hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

the staff was very friendly, they greeted us everyday with a warm smile, the hotel is only a 5 min walk to hagia sophia and blue mosque area , and to the T1 tram , we booked the family connected room for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and the room was spacious it had 2 rooms one with a king bed and the 2nd one had 2 sofa beds with a closet and a bathroom we were able to fit 4 large suitcases and a double stroller comfortably , they cleaned our room everyday , and they load it with water bottles everyday, there’s also a mini fridge in the room , the hotel is accessible with car so the taxi will drop you off in front of the hotel

Cons:

Nothing about the property but for the location just a heads up if your traveling with young kids and a stroller :
1) the tram is always packed from morning to night making it unusable which forced us to take a taxi to majority of places ( and yes you will get scammed even if you use uber the driver is able to change the price on the uber app charging double )
2) the sultanahmet area is very very expensive almost as expensive as the US but when you go to other areas in Istanbul its alot cheaper
3) its very hilly , and we had to go up a-lot of hills that were very difficult to walk with a stroller and kids
4) don’t exchange money in the area they will scam you
5)another annoying thing is the area is packed with ppl trying to sell perfume and they will follow you and harass you , and they don’t care if you have kids with you they will become aggressive
6) with our experience we don’t recommend the area especially for families

nice look of hotel but not worth it if you're staying a while
Pros:

the room space was a good size for what it was. the decor was nice.

Cons:

The noise between the rooms - the walls are paper thin, you could hear someone having a shower as if it was in your own bathroom, you could hear people talking (they were shouting) on the phone and to each other at 2am - I understand it's a hotel, but the way it was handled was not acceptable enough. We asked to move rooms which we were granted, but when it happened again in the new room I was met with "it's Istanbul it's noisy, what do you expect". A hotel should be relaxing not stress inducing!

The new room we moved to also had problems. The rainfall shower head was falling out the ceiling with a big hole around it, the shower would flood instantly and the flush was very weak. Our pillows had hair and old blood stains on it.

We were not once told sorry about anything that happened.
