Pros:

Останавливались в отеле всего на одну ночь и остались очень довольны! Персонал оказался невероятно внимательным — помогли решить все вопросы, даже несмотря на то, что мы были без связи. Утром сотрудники подсказали, как добраться до автовокзала Ортачала, и даже помогли организовать дорогу. Было очень приятно почувствовать такое искреннее гостеприимство.
Отель действительно заслуживает самых тёплых рекомендаций!

Pros:

Had an amazing stay at New Cozy Hotel! The value for money is honestly unbeatable. My room was super spacious, spotlessly clean and just perfect to relax in after a long travel day. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, hot water was always available and the location is solid – about a 15-minute walk to the old town.

But what really made the difference was the host. Such a genuine guy. He’s super kind, helpful and always making sure I was okay. You can feel he truly cares about his guests. He helped me with everything I needed, gave great local tips and even drove me personally to the bus station when I left. I didn’t even ask, he just offered. That kind of kindness is rare these days.

Pro tip: reach out to him before your arrival. He’s happy to pick you up from the airport too. He’s just that kind of guy who goes the extra mile without making a big deal out of it.

I felt very welcome and safe – more like visiting a friend than staying in a hotel. I would definitely come back again 🙌🏻

Все было отлично!
Pros:

Хочется сказать несколько теплых слов об отеле. Номер был чистый и очень уютный с белоснежным бельем и банными принадлежностями.
Все необходимое есть( холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер, чайник и прочее)
На первом этаже можно посетить уютный ресторан с грузинской кухней и приятной музыкой.
Но особо хочется отметить гостеприимство владельца отеля.
По предварительному звонку меня встретил и забрал на машине с автовокзала Ортачала и привез в отель сам хозяин отеля Ираклий.
( хотя до официального заселения ждать бы пришлось ещё 4 часа)
Мужчина был очень вежлив и внимателен. Также он предложил и отвёз меня поздно ночью на вокзал на обратную дорогу.
Впечатления остались самые лучшие. Всем очень рекомендую этот отель
