Well decked out flat and kitchen with appliances and equipment.

Easy transport. Stepping outside will get you harassed by people wanting to help you get somewhere.

Great apartment with perfect location. Room was extra clean and had a lot of amenities. I stayed only for couple of days, but this place would be great also for a long stay too.
Host is also super nice and provided a lot of information, how to get to the room, and was super supportive.
Sometimes can be a little bit noisy from outside
The location is fronting SM City Cebu. Dining and shopping is very convenient. Transportation is very much accessible.
Waiting for the elevator takes some time especially during rush hours. There was a power interruption. Have to walk down from the 17th floor to the lobby.
I like the place very tidy and organized and the owner was very accommodating of all our requests.

Room is not soundproof enough to silence the flow of water when flushing from other rooms. A/C is also making a sound that cannot be ignored especially at night when sleeping.

Our stay at the condominium unit was truly pleasant and comfortable. The interior design was thoughtfully curated, with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that created a relaxing atmosphere. Functionally, the unit was well-equipped, with all necessary appliances and amenities readily available. The layout maximized the space efficiently, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this unit to future guests seeking both style and convenience.

The property is good, air conditioning is cold, everything smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom is nice, but the water heater is not that powerful, water just turned lukewarm. Toilet had that weird smell, but luckily the air freshener helped a lot blocking it out. Bed was comfortable, sheets felt really fresh and the pillows were so fluffy. TV worked so well, enjoyed watching shows there. When we first arrived, the staff didn’t seem too pleased to see us, but were smiling towards foreigners. It really disappointed me. Other than that, Jeni, the host was really helpful and nicely replies whenever we have questions and inquiries.
The window wouldn’t close properly, it had a tiny gap which is why the city noise couldn’t be properly drowned out.. so I hope that gets fixed, but other than that, we enjoyed our whole stay.
Safe place. Close to SM and bus terminal. 24/7 receptionist. Laundry and Rose Pharmacy next door. I have got second set of towels next day. Netflix.
Aircon made ventilator noise even was off. Valve in shower need some maitenace. I dont use aircon and Air ventilator would be absolutely great 😃.
The property is right across from one of the SM malls so that is super convenient and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Gmall where the immigration office is!

I would have to say that 70% of this building is rentals so the lobby and elevators at check in time are impossible. The elevators are always super busy so be prepared to wait for one as they can be slow.
Pool is closed all day on Tuesday and from noon to 4 each day.
clean room, very good location at the heart of the city.
there is a buzzing noise coming from the fridge. A bad smell in the toilet that won't last even when the exhaust fan is on.
